A friend showed me photos of his Biscotti Mints and it looked very nice. Does it have that same new school middies buzz that so many have? I'm craving some SkunkChocolope because theres killer highs in it. But it wants to be enormous in most phenos I think. I sure miss that clone I had.

I'll see what I have for chocolope seed-wise if you're interested. Pretty sure I have some akbb stuff with choc thai and chocolope that I will never get to.

No I can't accept any genetics. My slate is full for many years.I should never buy seeds again to be honest because I have too much and I was going to buy the other day. Seed addict. Having probs texting. Well better to be a seed addict than a speed addict.

When someone gives me seeds, I put them on the hope I get to them one day list. I last was given Boost x Stardawg f2's from an acquaintance at Y- Factor here in VA. And I like his gear and that cross promises fun and exploration. I wish I had time for that. It's hard to get anything done now. I need another pick up truck and a patch. I had the perfect place. The mofos that narked on me are such assholes. We had enough land where I had 6 gardens going, 3 or 4 main ones. Relatively small.
I went from having land and sun like a king to singing Ain't no sunshine in my day.

I've been from Tuscon to Tucumcari, Tehachapi to Joan of Arc....I've driven every kind of rig that's ever been made...driven on the back roads so I wouldn't get weighed....

I heard some stuff on a podcast. Sensi was raided in 1999. Never knew that. I was buying seed then but from Ubino. That's where I got the best NL that I sure wish I had now. I did their White Widow, Shiva Shanti, Big Bud and Sk#1. That skunk was not like what I have now.
So over the years Sensi slipped. I am dumbfounded because I always assumed Sensi was the safe repository for the all the old genetics. I thought it odd that they reused a photo from another strain for Guerilla Gusto.
I am sad because I used to pore over their catalogue dreaming of growing genetics I couldn't afford.

So much is still available. Haze, Skunk, and somebody if not lots of people have good NL's I bet. Lots of landrace stuff still. There's way more stuff available now. And nice to see landrace preservation groups too. I think most stuff is out there in the genome somewhere. Real Afghani is in Afghanistan I know because I watch You Tube lol.
I know just because a seed pack says Acapulco Gold doesn't mean that's what it is. There is a lot of bullshit now from money grubbing companies.
Smoking Farmers Daughter tonight. That always gets me space trucking and rambling on.

Mexi sativa is ok but it's not pure of course it's got a kinda sandalwoody hit to it id prefer the straight mexi sativa though ideally

I'm giving up on Sensi. Maybe Hindu Kush and Maple Leaf someday. I had 4 packs from Sensi but cops took the plants and seeds. I will never get to grow their genetics and missed it all back when except to smoke stuff.
I'm curious now Conor...what are you growing?

I have a pack of Gastro Pop S1. I'm really wanting to investigate. Is this a hype strain? The parents look beautiful but are they just more photogenic new stuff that doesn't have any buzz to back up the look? Does Gastro Pop have a buzz that is any good?

Some c99 crosses but I'm about to set up another room too though as for what to run in that idk bro I have alot of seeds to get through in the stash kinda like yourself that way

Sounds sweet. I have little experience with C99. I wonder if the Honeydew I got in Cali was a C99 cross as someone suggested. I think it was from Honeydew, Ca. But can only guess. c. 1996.

The one Angus at rsc/Kwik seeds sells is c99 x mazari if I remember right honeydew I mean idk if it's a whish seeds one or not

I had a look it is only some of there work is on here tho says in business since 08 so who knows maybe not related to the one you knew

I think I have enough seeds. I just enjoy cannabis genetics so much that I love to talk about it and look for a direction to move in. I just wish I had the freedom to do the work I want to do
exploring the sativas from Ace and others and doing some breeding. There are crosses I would like to make then explore. There is a blank spot in my heart where some amazing VA. clones used to be. But there will be new discoveries and even in the old seeds plenty to find I think.
I've been wanting to test other Island Orange crosses I have to see if it's worth a damn. It wasn't Hermie pollen. It was a male I missed in the patch.

Do you think Cannalope Haze is C99?
I don't but I enjoy the story. I've never seen Cannalope Haze but the Chocolope cross I made doesn't seem to have any C99 in it. Or does it?

a lot of the old ganetics from sensi got dumbed down because of the fears that it was causing psychosis some years back

I don't think so I thought that was Mexi x o haze the Mexi side had some indica in there though maybe

Ironically if you grow earlier 80s skunk1 stuff it's upbeat type of cerebral high with some body to it not lots the later 80s skunks smoke different there heavier more indica leaning and less upbeat ime the skunk and psychosis bit is bs unless you already have some proper underlying issues anyway I would say
