Advanced Nutrients Products and H2O2?

Hey everyone. Basically, I regularly use h2o2 to keep my reservoir sterile (I used to have root rot, but the h2o2 fixed the problem). It works really well, so I'd like to continue using it. But, I know that h2o2 interferes with certain organic/biological nutrients. Since I use Advanced Nutrients Grow-Micro-Bloom as my main recipe, I haven't had any problems so far.
But I'd like to know:

Is it ok to use Advanced Nutrients B-52 and Big Bud with h2o2, or will the h2o2 cancel out some of the product?

I've noticed that B-52 has some norwegian sea kelp in it...will this be affected? I basically just want to make sure that I'm not wasting my money on nutes that won't work with h2o2...

b-52 and big bud are fine. Even mother earth tea bloom is fine. The products you will not be able to use with h2o2 from advanced nutrients are : tarantula, piranha, sensizym, and voodoo juice.

Happy growing.

Sounds like you already got some good advice here. I know I learned something.

Honestly, I've always been afraid of using H2O2 because I hear so many stories about it screwing up the grows of people - causing them to waste a lot of nutes in the process. To me, I don't really see the big deal in using it at all. I've never needed it, as far as I can tell.

And the Advanced Nutrients lineup seems to keep things in check anyway, so I'm not about to add anything else to it.

Your attitude towards h2o2 is spot on. It really is best served, in my opinion, as a solution to an underlying problem. I don't even really approve of it and rarely recommend it as a preventative measure anyways because of its volatility. Think of it this way, the only reason you'll ever need h2o2 is because something isn't right in your setup. If your temperatures are too high, get a chiller or use frozen water bottles. If you don't have enough dissolved oyxgen in your water, then add another air pump or more air stones. If you're water is filled with contiminates that need to be killed by something like h2o2... use better water, and keep a cleaner setup!! All of these things contribute to a nice, clean, healthy root zone. H2o2 is a bandaid, and a trump card. It should have a rightful place on any hydroponic growers shelf, but it should not be coming off that shelf on a weekly basis.
