I wonder what would be better. 2 70w HPS lights with 9000 lumens each that dont run very hot and can be within 6in of my plants

Or 150 w HPS with 17,000 ish lumens

i installed one of my 150hps n wow those lights r the bomb.... lol.... the difference in growth is just crazy. im never gona use vfl for flowering just for the 4 first week of my plants.

here are some pics of my plants you can compare the growth with the pics i took the 12th of this month the difference huge.

as you can see they whre victims of nute burn..

the one in the back looks fuckedup from that angle but she looks good from closer

toldyou guys she ooked better from a diferent angle LoL..

Yeah got my light all set up above the plants with 2 42 watt CFLs on top too.

Now I'm aible to move the CFLs around and got 2 42 watt and 3 23 watt CFLs along with 2 40w tubes all for side lighting

My buds are grwoing outward now its fun to watch. So much new growth

one of my plants stinks a lot when i move her. the one with fat leafs. i was planning on putting my biggest plant to flower in about 1 week n leave the other 2 vegging for another month and a half.

Remember I've got that one big girl 8 weeks in to flowering. Gonna finish up the last 2-3 weeks with the HPS on it

Here's pics from about a week ago. They've got a ton new growth on them since that pic was taken

Then heres my clones and seedlings from 6 days ago. They're taller than that now

they look good but the clones are way bigger than the seedlings. i just saw my gals a few minutes ago since yesterday and they are growing really fast. how many oz do you think you gonna get out of that beauty?

Oh man, it's hard to say. I'm hoping for at LEAST an ounce, but for my first try at growing I'd be happy with just about anything.

Here's the link to the 150 HPS: High Tech Garden Supply Here are some new pics. These honeys just exploded in the last 2 days. I think I hit the transplant at the right time. My first shows a little burn, but I don't think its from nutes. I came home last week and she looked sick, watered her and 20 min later she was happy. Something weird, 1 plant's sets of leaves go 1 3 5 5, the other 2 went 1 3 3 5 5, any thoughts as to why? Anyway enough rambling here are the pics oldest to youngest side and top.
