Adding more light to the AG

So I have been reading a lot about how the AG lights are crap. I have added 2 cfl 6500k = 1 42watt and 1 26watt, I also have 2 26watt 2700k. Will this be enough to get a decent yield? I only have 2 plants in a 200 veg pro

I posted this not too long ago. Its good for adding whatever bulb you want. I ditched the hood after awhile cause I have so many bulbs now and it was blocking my HPS.
