This summer I plan to use some of my extra time to grow a batch at a house I'll be staying at. It has 4 bedrooms and an outer building that would be perfect opportunity since I will be living there for about 4 months.
I've spent the afternoon reading and reading and still have a few questions.
I am planning to use the other building as well which already is fitted with florescent and is big enough to house about a dozen plants. Only problem is, unlike the bedrooms, they won't have A/C and during the summer and it can reach temperatures over 120 degrees. I plan on setting up ventilation but with the way the building is made I will be lucky to keep it below eighty during the day (I'm not installing a window air unit or anything, I'm renting). My question is, what strain would be the hardiest in this situation? I had read on the how-to sticky that keeping co2 high will help the plants grow better. Would that be enough to help plants cope with the extra heat?
If it is too warm then I just won't use it. I wouldn't be upset if I couldn't.
Also, what are good low maintenance hard-to-mess-up strains that won't alert the neighbors? While everyone around knows me, I don't wanna have the place reek just a couple weeks after I move in. I plan on filtering, but it still worries me. Also, I work odd hours and wanna make sure that there isn't anything I can't put on a timer.
I'm sure more things will come up as I go along but this is what I need to know and start now. I move in a month or so.
