Eloquent.

Of course you are done. You don't know what you are talking about. That makes it difficult to continue. Bush did a lot of things for which we can take shots at... he did not, however, single handedly "fuck up the economy". Frankly the biggest problem stems from Clinton's Community Reinvestment Act, which forced lenders to make bad loans that were then bundled up and sold to China. But yes... run along now. Be done. Shoo.

This stimulus spending... well... you can give him that. I don't think we can say yet whether that was good or bad. I believe it was bad, and certainly contributed to the problem... but so did quite a few more things that the Pres was in NO control over. Obama seems to be trying to put out this fire with dynamite. I am no economist. It might work... but it sure seems like a really bad idea.

But then, that IS how they put out oil fires. Time will tell. I am not optimistic.

Strawman.

Nobody brought up the fact that she is a rambling loon. I have questioned the wisdom of this move, which is frankly unwise, unprecedented in it's brevity, and is simply quizzical, unless of course you assume that the other shoe has not yet dropped. That was the argument I made.

Well that and the whole bridge to nowhere thing.

If you would like to talk about her rambling "Basketball" reference we can... but don't pretend you are defending her ability to think or speak... nobody is addressing it.

Yes... that's it... I'm "looney".

And you are too afraid of what she has done to take the sig challenge. Better to have the devil you know than the one you don't eh?

Like I said to begin with... I will go through the motions, but I am really done here. You do not faith your position... you want to believe it. Different things.

You will also notice I go one thing at a time. I like sharing too. I notice that you are intellectually dishonest. Sharing is caring.

That entire paragraph up there is a distraction from the fact that Palin supported that bridge and road until, out of embarrassment, the fed cut funding.

Once dumped she is the chick that says "I'm leaving you...".

Do you deny any of the following:

1. Sarah Palin supported the bridge before funding was cut.

2. The project was a national embarrassment.

3. Once funding was cut, Palin said "no way".

If so please evidence and address those things only please.

First, who doesn't support free money? One of the problems, ahem, again with Govt.

Her reaction to negative publicity recognition of changing winds was admirable, as opposed to the Obama administration, which consistently ignores DATA and forges ahead with other ppl's money.

I'll take a Governor who is willing to keep an open mind over a President with a closed one.

I'm beginning to believe you might be; or just tired, maybe? You been sleeping much lately?

I accepted your challenge a couple pages ago. Or did you miss that? Or maybe it's me? Anyhow, "YES, I FAITH MY WORD TO THEE", whatever the heck that means to you.:-P

PALIN - OPEN MINDED?!?!?!?!?! Are you 'effing serious? She thinks the Earth is 5,000 years old!!!!! She's the definition of a poisonous anti-intellectual. Honestly, I think she and Bush are the two most close minded people in the history of politics. And I'm not being facetious.

Those who realize there is no such thing. Those other 49 states that came in behind Alaska. Alaska is #1 in earmark spending. #1.

Her reaction to negative publicity recognition of changing winds was admirable, as opposed to the Obama administration, which consistently ignores DATA and forges ahead with other ppl's money.
Her reaction was only to the fact that the money was cut off. Quit implying some strength of character... she was ALL FOR IT... she CAMPAIGNED ON IT... and didn't "change with the political winds" until the obscene earmark funding WAS REVOKED.

Piety isn't working for you. Try something else.

there's NO crying in politics. :(

"But then as she began to articulate her reasons, I began to understand better," he said. "And nobody — unless they've been in her position and understood what she has gone through and dealt with and who she is as a person — really understands."

"And though it's honorable for countless others to leave their positions for a higher calling and without finishing a term, of course we know by now, for some reason a different standard applies for the decisions I make."

Wow maybe its because you dont tell people what the hell you are doing! How self righteous can you be. She knows this isnt high school right?
