A New Proposed Federal Marijuana Law????

I saw this dipshit post a thread on a new law that would allow growing of marijuana and possession but, opened you up to random searches and other bullshit! Here's my proposal, all drugs should be legal to purchase, possess, manufacture, grow, to anyone over the age of 18! The fact of the matter is, your body is the only thing you truly own and what you do with it is purely your business.
 
I don't think all drugs should be legal, but there are definitely levels that should be established that bring them more in line with reality. Pot should be right up there with beer. Heroin and meth probably need more concern.

All drugs should be legal! You cannot and I repeat cannot tell people how to treat their bodies. Jailing someone for the addictions is the most asinine thing ever!
 
People need guidelines and rules. These rules and guidelines just need to be sensible. People are too stupid to have that much freedom.

It's not the fact that we are telling people what to do with their body's, it's the fact that somebody gets super high on meth or something and kills somebody for no good reason. Now for weed i would totally agree that it's our own bodies and if we wanna lay around and get fat from munchies it's our own choice.

There's no reason for speed/crank/meth. You legalize it, you should also legalize killing tweakers. I had a child once. That child was taken from me by a tweaker. It was the bitch from who's cunt my child was spat. She used crank. Thats "oldschool meth" or "biker's meth." I enjoy meth users, dealers, and especially cooks... But, my pleasure with them (and subsequent disposal) are no more legal than the poison that they concoct and sell.

Heroin used to be legal, and marketed by Bayer. Cocaine, it had a run on the shelves, and was a key ingredient in a "soft drink" made by a company from the ATL.

Marijuana is illegal for one reason. Racism. That is it. This country was built on Hemp and Sativa. Our founding fathers thought that "every free man should be compelled, if he doesn't voluntarily do it, to grow at least 1 acre of Hemp each year." But, it was something that was commonly shared by 3 groups, in the early 20th century: Native Americans/First Nations/Indigenous trbes, Mexicans/Spaniards, and African Americans. It's the last true Jim Crow law that needs to be repealed.

All said -- you think synthetics should be legal, I think my kind should be allowed to live out our natures... Otherwise, control synthetic/manufactured/processed chemicals, and leave plants the fuck alone. (I.e. Coca leaves are groovy, cocaine puts you on my "I'm bored, what can I cut" list. Peyote or shrooms will help you with enlightenment, heroin and meth guarantee me the right to correct any wrongs, flesh for flesh, that you do.)

Same type of law as possessing an FFL or Class 3 for firearms. Wave your right to refusal of search.

I can buy lots of simple household items, without so much as a second look, and assemble a WMD. No need to buy thousands of pounds of shit. Yet, to own a gun, you gotta' let them fucks in, whenever they want.

I think I'll stick to being an evil genius felon. with sharp objects, blunt objects, and some heavy bass strings.

I completely agree. But if you get caught with a fully automatic machine gun without a class 3, that's directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200.. and you'll be there for a long while... with the class 3, i can buy an machine gun or full automatic I want.. made before 1984.. your brass knuckles aint got shit on an H&K 3006 fully automatic 300 cal. sub machine gun.

But shanks are cool too. :-P

At 1400 Meters I have a 15 CM patern with a 7.62x54.

At 700 Meters, I can plop an arrow in the "kill" on any target. I can do it silently, and from pretty good angles. I need one single arrow. I don't need to use a full auto.

And, a prepaid, a couple wires, and some other products that I won't mention, and you're clipped, getting in your car to come clip me. It's cool that yer tight on the guns, but, I'd rather be free from government oversight, and be able to get eye shots, still. And, being what I am, and having my record, a single firearms charge sends me to visit Club Fed for 15-20.
 
people that cant think for themselves shouldnt be living, legalizing drugs would make humanity better as a whole ....ages 18+

I like government oversight. I trust the government. Just not with my money. That is why I cheat on my taxes at every possible opportunity I can. I paid roughly 12% in taxes last year.

And they say cheaters never prosper.. pshhh.

The reason I need a full auto is because I suck with arrows. I hit my door once... it was behind me. Not sure how the fuck that was possible..

By definition, aren't the adults of those babies, the ones that fucked 'em up, aren't they the damned? So, how do we decide who gets to abort them? And, even though it's post term, can we still do it with a coat hanger and vacuum cleaner???

We have those now even though it is illegal. No one is going to make the decision to get high while pregnant just because it is legal. Legalizing all drugs would not create any more crack babies. It would probably reduce it by shedding some light on the darkness and getting help to the people that actually need help.
