A New Proposed Federal Marijuana Law...

Only in your dream is anything this cut and dry;are any "wheels of Tyranny." Only in you dreams, you don't have ask permission.

In you dreams you are a Warlord.

Why? Because you cannot describe in detail, a system like that with more than one person.

No Marriage is like that. So you must be quite alone.....In your DREAMS.
Comprehension isn't your strong suit eh? I'd say if anything, I'm more of a Peacelord. I just smoked a big ass piece of a Northern lites cross too, but that's beside the point.

Because something hasn't happened on a large scale basis is not an accurate indicator of whether it will ever happen or not. Nor does what presently occurs on a regular basis, in anyway validate that "normal" happenings are somehow founded in logic or in good. They just occur regularly, that's all.

Put another way, I think Einstein said something about the definition of insanity is continuing to do things the same way and expecting a different result. I thought you said you belonged to MENSA? Did they lower the standards to let you in? Want a hit of this shit? :eyesmoke::eyesmoke:

No. 132 (Standford) is mensa. It is 99.0% on the continuum. It is not the three 9s. :)

You are arguing the validity of a philosophy. But, unlike Einstein you have no math. Read it yourself. All you say is should this and should that. The yeti world of anger fantasy. And now you just stoop to insult, and cowardly hide, as usual.

Take an on-line Standford and report back, you coward. You are not peaceful. It shows. You are a tyrant. Like them all you think you can define right and wrong for us. War Lord.

You think we try the same and expect different results. No. We want the same thing, century after century. Which we have already. Constitutional Guarantees.

For the Tribe of Americans, self ruled and all fucked up. You think we are trying to save the world. We are not.

Installing and supporting democracy? Oh hell no. We meddle. We divide. We screw over. And all the while we pretend we don't. You are confused. If we didn't do that we would have lost it long before. And we may still with mindsets such as yours. You are wrong, completely about what we are even trying to do.

You are warlord and all warlords preach peace by force. Just go back and read your own posts. You want a minority of people that think this wild baby crap to control us. No we control you like it or not.

And is it the freedom to fly into space in a hang glider rocket?....not quite yet. :) You have the freedom to think what you want, and associate with who you like, and say what you want. You can publish blogs; you can stand on a soapbox.

Yet, 35% of the current idiots polled cannot say even One of these Rights.

And scary enough, another 35% said the Rights are too much. We need less rights, not more.

That is what we both are up against.

What do you do for a living?
What country is better than the USA and will you move there?
There are dozens of countries better than the USA. You haven't done much traveling obviously. "Better" should not be judged on the capacity of a country of people to sit on their asses on the internet or kill each other in cars on 4G phones. The USA is now a fascist nation. US citizens not longer even have a right to vote since the 2000 Bush v Gore decision. Even your liberty is no long inalienable. You government has removed so many civil liberties from the people and installed secret policing to the point it rivals the former USSR.

Do not talk about how great your country is unless you are proud of being a slave and nothing more. Hundreds of millions of people around the planet do not want to live in slavery and under the boots of militarized police and politicians who create laws to lower education standards, control women's bodies, and suppress the vote of minorities who will soon outnumber them. Your economy is tanking and your government has built camps specifically for your population when it all falls apart. This is the future of the USA. Slaves an nothing more. You will serve your masters or they will kill you if you do not.

Yeah, great place to live IMO.

I am a pure centrist. I see evil in both sides but by far I see more wrong with the right because they have shifted so far over the last few years. In the end a person must do what is best for the middle 80% of all citizens. While this damages the acute poor and elite rich, it covers the largest part of the tax base of the nation which is where most of the money that runs the country comes from and therefore they should reap the largest benefits from government. This is not socialism nor collectivism, not communism. I abhor supply-side economics after watching all the industry leave this country because of the tax breaks and havens given to the rich. Production and supply have been killed in the US because of supply-side economics and the buying ability of citizens has been reduced due to industry loss. Therefore, demand does not create its own supply as supply-side economists would lead you to believe.

You are well indoctrinated. You really believe Gore beat Bush even after seven recounts confirmed Bush's victory?

You are not a centrist. The middle 80% does not supply most the money. The top 10% does. Industry didn't leave because of tax breaks, tho tax breaks might have kept them here. Demand DOES create supply. You are clueless.

When factoring in state and local taxes, the top 10% pay just under half the tab. When calculating tax burden as a percent of income, the tax code is even less progressive. The top 10% paid an average of 30% of their income in local, state, and federal taxes in 2011. That's not much different than the 25% percent paid by the ENTIRE middle class which is a much larger demographic sample. I am not going to get into tax breaks coming to the rich from investment returns and capital gains acquired in other countries. I think your head might explode if forced to think your way through it.

I retired at 41. I understand things quite well.

So what the fuck does "percent of income" have to do with it? The lower taxes in other countries induced industry to leave so we should increase taxes here? You aren't thinking this thru. You didn't retire at 41. I doubt you're even over 25. You've been indoctrinated quite well, but don't understand at all.

Not meaning to be rude, but you DID ask "permission" to grow pot. Anytime an act that should be completely YOUR choice is licensed, the wheels of tyranny are already turning.
Peace.
No offense taken however I disagree, I did not "ask" to grow, I pursued my right to have a doctor "prescribe" me marijuana for medical reasons. I "choose" to grow my own instead of paying mark-up @ the dispensaries. I've never been harassed, or bothered by law enforcement... (knock on wood) if I had to subject myself to constant violations of my privacy and residence, I would probably re-evaluate whether growing was something I wanted to do.

You don't think the left has shifted to the center? The Left is busy with Anti-Con ideas. If this draws then into the center to govern, they will find they don't want a new Con.

Funny how the system may even be able to absorb the Radical. Our President by all accounts was a Radical. ....as was I. But, if the Big Con works for leading in the center, they don't need a new one. Another Con on the ones that support Anti-Con.

All the old SDS elements if not dead are tenured in the Ivory Tower. It is why I admire Che. He never sold out. I am way out here on the Left and it is pretty lonely these days. :)
