a call out to cali growers

looks like we have quite a few california medical growers here now. thought it was time we had our own thread...


callin' out from sonoma county. 30 plant limit here. got 5 clubs within 10 mins drive time. numerous hydro shops. and everybody reeks of herb. i can't find anyone anymore who's not involved in some way or another. i love this place.

guess i'm on my own.

I have a question do you guys make a profit with doing this. If so is it the same prices people pay on the street or better.

I swear I'll get my MM card soon. I am truly "sick" though.

of course you can make a profit.


if you sale to the clubs you gotta fill out a tax form tho...


price is pretty much around the same in cali...whether its from the street or the clubs.


trees and prices in cali is different anyway...

you can get a 10 bag of some purp, chron, whatever

it might be small be it will be worth it....go anywhere else besides cali and you might get the small size bag, if not smaller, for more money!!!!

cali is almost our mecca of weed.... almost like our amsterdamn

things are changing fast. the bottom fell out of the buyers bulk market. place is flooded. everybody is hand picking the best stuff because thet have 20 options to choose from. i'm starting to have issues with the clubs though. let's see if i can break it down.

hypothetical:

my street guy gives me $2800 a lb cash up front. he turns it over and makes $100. he comes from out of town so that barely covers his time and gas. then it gets broken up. i'm not sure but i assume another 100 or so dollars is made. then it goes to the next guy........until it hits the streets for $55 an 1/8th. each person along the way makes a small piece.

there are a few guys out there blowing up houses in the bay area then turning it over on the streets as dime bags. they make bucks and drive bmw's. makes us look bad. they are few and far between. you hear about them the most though. most of us are just trying to get by.


i go to the club with the exact same bag. they offer me $2300. often on a 1 week front. they walk out front and bag it and sell it for $55 an 1/8th. now i understand they have overhead but why offer a lower than street value price to the grower yet offer it to patients at street prices.

i'm starting to beleive the clubs are the crooks here.

Everyone is infected with this greed. The growers are the best people I know. If it weren't for the law, they would be selling it themselves. But no one can risk sitting on an LB and selling dimes and dubs. Unless you're stupid?

if it weren't for the few bills i have i'd give it away. to someone who smokes it that is. not to sell.
i refuse to allow them to do this. it's insulting. they try to belittle you when you go in. happened twice in a week now.

Exactly. They're not out to make a huge profit! They're just trying to be reimbursed for the time and effort spent growing it. Everyone else along the way is trying to pay their bills with someone else's product.

the club tried to tell me how they are in it for the "patients". um, i'm a patient.

we're hung up on shipping issues or it would be covering the states by now. can't really take it out of the county. the laws change each county you go thru. need a train or something.
