600w Hps average yield

Hi all .. Just a quick question from a newbie . What would the average yield per plant in 20ltr pots under a 600w hps and vegged for 6 weeks with all the normal training & pruning ? Would 2. 1/2 oz per plant be average equaling 10 oz for 4x plants .

Yes. The whole secret to growing indoors is to control the enviroment. Temps,humidity,light,watering and nutes. Dial all those and your in business.

Yes pal, ive got that all under control .
The very 1st plant i grew not knowing what i was doing just a light no fan nute,s anything and i still got more than a oz a plant .

What yield do use get , Meaning if it was less you would notice or if it was more you would know you did better ?

The conversion for 20 ltr is just above 5 gallons. You can expect .5 per watt, 5 gallons might be too big for indoors depending on your space from what i know each gallon is roughly a foot in plant growth but keep in mind your plants will DOUBLE in size when you hit the flowering process, depending on the strain, so a 3 gallon pot would roughly give you a 6ft plant finish. Also 6 weeks might be a little much but whatever floats your boat i guess lol. Well hope that helps and goodluck !

hey so your saying that average is about 1-4oz on an indoor plant? im a new grower but have been reading for about 5 months now and im using bluebery feminized seeds with organic soil and perlite with plant food and 150ml of water a plant with almost everything relective in the room with 2 lights that are flurecent you think ill get atleast 2oz a plant?

it pretty much goes by grams per watt. .5 grams per watt is about average. 1 gram per watt is really good. i hear stories of 1.5+ grams per watt.

taking into consideration the strain you are growing.

well im thinking about bluberry or ice im not sure yet maybe brainstorm what do you think will? if there is a better strain let me know imtrying to do about 2oz well evenmore is better byt im trying to do 2oz lol

oh ps im using feminized seeds too dont know if that helps? dude im sooo confused man like some people are l;ike yeha man your going to get 1/4oz a plant then som say 1/2oz a plant then some guys are like no no no your getting 1-2 or 1-4

i usually get 9 oz from a 600w. I know i could be doing better but my temps fluctuate. This is with like 2-3 weeks veg also. But it shouldnt matter if you throw 20 or 5 plants, you should get around the same amount i would think.

dude you have to get some real lights, you will be lucky to get 2 grams with 2 25w floros.

ok soo If I get 2 600 watt bulbs for my 2 plants am i GOING to get 300ish grams so 5oz a plant then if I do 3 weeks of veg?

im not saying that exactly. Dude, what is the size of your room. 2 600's in a 4X8 space. I would do 18 plants. And get about 18oz. And thats conservative.

2 plants in a closet dude im just trying to get 2oz a plant is it honestly that hard I have good lights the best soil available to me im using master kush witch is one of the best strains for yield and I have so many things to reflect so yeah let me know

Honestly, you should be able to get 2 oz easily from one plant. Just let it grow 2x the time you would have normally allowed in veg. Feed with plenty of nitrogen and purified water during veg. Don't bother topping. Don't prune. Plenty of Phosphorous and a good amount of Potassium during weeks 2-6 of flowering. Flush well at week six, only purified water from then on. Harvest at week 8 or when most of the white pistils have turned brown, and/or inspect with a microscope and look for milky or tan trichomes, not clear or dark brown. If dark brown, immediately harvest. I would put money on the fact that if you spared no expense you could pull off 2oz with those directions on your first try. And with top shelf potency. Just please do not think it's going to happen with fluorescent lights, too small of a pot, or no nutes.
