Crazy plants man, beautiful buds... I have always hated the idea of autos, I have tons of 'free' seeds that came with orders that are Auto..... Maybe when I get a place a bit more rural I'll mess with them....

The white stuff is from being watered. Nothing else, dried nutrients/water mix.

There are little branches coming in but the thing is less than 6 inches tall. Its still in what I would call the seeding stage.

Also, I dropped the light another foot... no more carabiners so I guess that's it..
Should never allow nute water on the leaves unless foliar feeding which plants don't really ever need.

As mentioned autos are on their own timetable and flower when their genes say so regardless of size. They also grow in size all thru flowering. Starting them at 24hrs a day helps to retard the onset of flowering so they get a little bigger before flowering begins in earnest but then 18/6 is fine and if there are photo plants mixed in they do quite well at 12/12.

They love lots of light and that's why they do well in our northern summers. 20 hour days with intense sunlight directly overhead really gets them rocking.

This was planting day last summer. Spouted the first week of June so pretty small for month old plants.

They go good.

I only wanted autos for outdoor growing up north here as photos can never finish without a blackout greenhouse to force flowering. Now with hemp popping up all around me that's FUBAR. Opium poppies instead for better meds! Still have to order the seeds so should do that ASAP.

Made a lot of fem seeds from some of those indoors so should maybe start some wild pot patches out there to be discovered by hopefully happy campers. :)

Yup. Never grown them...
I hadn't grown that many myself and all the ones I grew indoors didn't amount to much but I wasn't doing it right in many ways.

Too long in small pots, not feeding right etc and did just get small yields. I'm pretty sure outdoors is where they shine the brightest but I've seen a lot of indoor ones that were a lot bigger than my outdoor ones.

Now photo plants I can deal with a lot better and all I'll be growing inside for now on. Lots of time to fix mistakes and I have been accused of being in error once or twice. :D
