So my runoff ppm was over 1400, what is a safe ppm range for flowering?
Only thing I use is fox farms trio, cal mag, and a little epsom salt when needed. I keep the ph around 6.5-6.8To be honest with you I don’t flush and haven’t since around 2011.
but that’s not to say that flushing doesn’t have its place.
I believe you may be experiencing lockout due to over use of PK boosters?
have you used any? PK13:14? PK9/18? Or any other high P and K boosters?
With the upper leaves having issues it would lean me to thinking that you possibly have an immobile nutrient issue caused by either lockout, or over use of certain products.
How much calmag are you using in ppm or EC please?Only thing I use is fox farms trio, cal mag, and a little epsom salt when needed. I keep the ph around 6.5-6.8
So yeah that explains a lot, after the stretch when pots become root bound you can treat it like coco. The FF is basically inert now with all the salts. So it needs to be elevated with a tray under.Never let it get too dry.feed to runoff 10-20% every second day or when its lighter. So my runoff ppm was over 1400, what is a safe ppm range for flowering?
Yeah I was def over using cal mag 5 ml almost every feeding. I was told I had a mag def so I tried upping it. And this is the result. I flushed her. Ppm back down to 700How much calmag are you using in ppm or EC please?
I’ve seen over use of Calmag cause issues due to excess N being being present In the calmag that people haven’t realised.
700 ppm is what you’re feeding now total? Or just calmag?Yeah I was def over using cal mag 5 ml almost every feeding. I was told I had a mag def so I tried upping it. And this is the result. I flushed her. Ppm back down to 700
