I doubt its worth it if they're still using 1w diode. While 1w is the best as far as efficiency when converting power to useable plant light, but they do not complete with 2 or 3w diodes as far as penetration (600 1w diode panel <<< 600 3w diode panel). If they were using all 3w diodes I'd consider the price fair, but they're not so I doubt its a good deal. Its also better in the opinions of many to have more smaller watt panels than fewer bigger ones (unless you plan on using light movers). I also can't find any info on the lens angle used, but they get props for giving any kind of PAR rating
For the price of one of those I'd rather get a6 '240w' Blackstar (840w) or 3 GLH 180s (740w). Either way you would be getting it in 3w diodes instead of 1w, and would have a greater distribution of the lights with more control (use fewer panels or more, raise and lower each to its plant, etc etc) You could still get that expensive panel, it will work good (but you will probably be stuck having to SCROG or LST since the penetration factor will be lower)
