see how you do with the 45's first, bigger is always nice but not always better. check that root ball at the end of harvest. next time round ill be giving copper hydroxide a try with one of the larger buckets to see how it goes.

sticky scissors nice im going with 45 gallon smart pots this year outside too up here in the woods with the roots organic 707 mix. I put a few out a little bit early checked them a few days ago and there shocked to a limbo state so good things i kept the other clones inside gonna be fun outside in the big pots isnt it my first time also with big big pots i just didnt have the money to go with a 100 gallon pot too much soil. So 2 and a half bags to fill the pot looks like im gonna have to get a few more bags then. I was doing 9 plants and bought 16 bags the other day just so i could get the few that really need in. gonna enjoy watching yours alongside mine.

id say its more like 3 bags a pot . mine are not full.about 6inches from the top. man a 100 gal pot seems over board. seems like it would take up 2 much space. ima take a pic here in a month when there taller than me. im going to hammer poles around them and tie the branches down to it

you will still yield hefty with 45 gallon grow bags... add more dirt has your plants grow.. it will turn all that buried stem to roots..

100 all around. Go big or go home! But I'm not even sure first year with 100 gallons. Last year I went 5 gallons all around and was disappointed. If 100 gallon don't surprise me this year, I quit!! Hehe..

if you look at your indoor results sticki, you're pulling a lil more then one zip per gallon of soil.. you said you got 3.5 from a 3 gallon pot, so with 45 gallons outdoors, i'd think you should get at least the same one zip per gallon, if not much more, so that would give you 45 ounces at one per gallon.. that's a hair under three elbows right there, so i'd say it's very doable just going off of your indoor numbers and upscaling them..

I grew it last year and hit over a 1 Elbow in a 25gal plastic grow bag...So you should do good in a 45gal bag..
