Shit sorry guys been busy up my white ass lol but all is back to normal 
Ms. Flame co2 I think it's working, I can smell the yeast mixture when I open the box you can take a look your self

As you guys can see I did the first bend on FCJ, did I bend her to early? Tell me what you guys think

no you didnt bend her too early, I would have bent her all the way down to the rim of the pot. but im not saying thats what you should do just thats what i would have done.
i would have tied top to rim of container then continued tying it to the rim of the container untill you got that screen to about 80-90% of where you want it, then undo all ties and let the top grow into the screen. this is when the tying gets crazy, you want to move and tie and tie and move so thet the entire canopy is the same height. you will be on 12/12 at this point and the plant will be going through its preflower stretch, untill this stretch stops daily training will be required.
dont forget you need to get rid of any branching that is under the screen and not trained above the screen. any budsites that will develop under the screen needs to go.

from what I can tell she needs about week and a half or two weeks till she fills the screen, I'm more worried about CK if she will catch up in time, from looking at things at the moment she looks like she needs at least 3 more weeks maybe even more that would put her around 6 weeks of veg time and even then I don't know if she's going to be ready to be fliped. any thoughts buddy?

just keep training and filling that screen with the FCJ untill everything is ready to roll. its not a huge deal if the FCJ takes up more than 50% of the screen and the CK takes up less than 50% as long as the screen is filled.
where your doing the ScROG the training is limitless and theres no reason why you shouldnt be able to get that cab packed full of nice colas. also once you tie them down they wont be growing vertically anymore anyways, when you tie them down your promoting side growth to grow vertically. you will end up with a fucked up twisted main stalk in the end but the end results will be the same.

good, cant wait to see them ladies in flower i am so curious about your FCJ and the CK i think we will probabally be harvesting our CK's around the same time.

Matt CK look like she more of a slower grower then FCJ, but it might be only my plant but so far she looks so pretty starting to get some nice bud sites she's short and compact with some nice big ass green leaves

this is my CK the pic was taken on 1-20 and she popped above ground on 12-10. so she is about 42 days old from seed and no bigger than 1 foot tall
i had them CO2 issues and i think that put me behind about 2 weeks worth of growth which sucks but overall she is doing well i think. im going to have a pretty long veg time with these plants but i think it will be worth it. with the added DIY co2 they seem to have picked up the pace a bit and i will soon be adding a real CO2 system to my grow room and i think that will have a dramatic effect on plant growth.
this is also why i want to dive into some hydroponic gardening as i heard the growth rate is by far 2x faster than soil....take it one day at a time though, hopeffuly i can wait it out long enough to have a nice jungle for harvest this spring.

yeah it is, this is going to make it difficlt to LST but i will manage.
i cant comment on the smell as i dont notice it much compared to when the FCJ and BC were in there god they stunk up the entire house lol.Matt, CK looks like mine just much taller, same structure same looking leaves
when did yours sprout? mine is under 1 ft tall lol

Lerellion Thank you sir, yeah I tryied to do that but I endup going this route as you can see in the pictures. You can really hear the fan unless you open the box or the sliding door to the closet, as for vibration goes none noticed yet I mean none that would make some people think but also my box is on a carpet with a thick padding under, you can really hear it unless your right there standing next to it, my 7 months old fride runs louder then my box
