Just a little update.

I have checked in on the babies this morning and the POT OF GOLD seedling has become very unstable its stem almost appears to get thinner the further down towards the medium it goes. So i have topped up the COCO watered it in a little and put a humidity dome over it. We'll have to see how it goes with this one.

Laters i gotta go to work now. lol

Id take that dome off and let her get a little air circulation, otherwise the stem may rot.

Hey all

I have decided that now is not the time for the CFL as i ideally wanted to use it before i go under the 600w. BUt thanks to my hydro shop they set me back so i had to get the babies under the 600.

So instead of the CFL i have bought a cool tube ready for when my 95CFM fans get here next week.

Pics attached. Again not great quality tho.

Cheers D,

My hydro shop guys thing it will work pretty well with the pc fans ive ordered i am going to use 1 intake 1 exhaust through my door rather than from an external source and start having to cut holes in ceilings etc. a door is much easier to replace.lol
I have worked out that a CFM of 95 on the fans running at 600RPM will have a combined force of 322m/3, so not too bad.
The fans which i ordered arent coming in to MISCO until next week so i have to wait but thats cool gives me time to plan it.lol

Hi all

Here is a picture update a little sooner than planned. I have repotted all the babies today as i cant do it this weekend as i am too busy.

here are the pics of the little ones in their new pots. I plan on leaving them in these pots until harvest.

I filled the Pots with COCO and flushed it with PH6 water created a hole the size of the little pots i had them in.

I added 2x10ml spoons of Mychorizol fungi into the bottom of the hole and planted them into their new home.

Again sorry about picture quality.

thanks husalife.

i cant wait to see what happens now with these.

The next time i water it will be with just plain H2O with another hit of Canna aKtrivator (trichoderma) added in.

to be honest though they probably arent gonna need water for a while they are so tiny in there new homes lol.

so that you are all aware here are the details of temps and humidity

humidity has been getting pretty low in the room lately as low as 19% this is another reason why i have transplanted earlier little party cup style pots didnt help.
i have been dealing with this in the normal way bowls of water etc. since adding the new 11L pots it is climbing again currently at 39% . i'm not to concerned at this point as long as it now stays above 30%.
temps are as follows
27oC/80.6F max 20.6oC/69.08F
this is the max min levels since i have been running the HPS (sunday).

door system seems to be working well.

i am also in the process of designing an adaptor for the step down in size from 220mm PC fan to 120mm Ducting to attach to my new cool tube. once prototype is completed i will be making 2 out of plastic using a laser cutter ( i have one at work )
i will try and scan my design sketch of the step down so you get the idea.

Here is the scanned design i have drawn up for the adaptor to go from my 220mm PC fan down to the 120mm Cooltube via 125mm Ducting.

Hope you all like it.

It is really simple there is a back plate with a 218mm hole through the middle the cone believe it or not is going to be a cut off traffice cone that i have found in work i will cut the cone at the point where the diameter of it is 220mm. I will then push the back plate over the cone and fix the back plate to my door and i will then silicone seal any gaps then i can just jubilee clip the ducting onto the end of the cone.
