Now I just grab a pair of tweezers and gently remove them if they stay on. I have never had issues doing it, but be very careful. It would be easy to damage the plant.
Ok well i can go on the readings but within 48 hours all my plants have sprouted they look good and personally it feels nice in there. Plenty of air circulation. Thing is im using a cheap thermometere. It doesnt even have a humidity gage. It just doesnt feel humid. I watered my plants last night and gave them a spray this morning the soils still damp amd they look to be doing a good. Ive made two vent holes in the side walls and added an extra fan but the temp just stays the same. Im worried but really dont know what more i can do. And it was an article i read which said plants can withstand temps of upto 120 providing the humidity levels dont get high along with themThink you have it backwards. High temps are not ok. High humidity is completely fine for veg state, which you are in. You actually want a fairly high humidity level during this period.
High temperatures with low humidity leads to a fast transpiration rate, which is generally bad. The plants will consume water faster and transpire it. The nutrient levels in the plants will rise since the plants only transpire water and not the nutrients. They are taking both up, but only releasing water at a rapid rate, while the nutes build and build. Make sense?
I have seen a lot of people have problems with burn due to either, having temps to high, or due to having gale force winds blowing on their plants. Both are detrimental to the well being of weed.
Oh the post also said the plants would be fine at extra heat just as long as i pay them extra attention with watering etc etc. Im stuck really. Hopefully winter will come soon and the temps will dropThink you have it backwards. High temps are not ok. High humidity is completely fine for veg state, which you are in. Well, yes, they CAN withstand those temps. Marijuana is a hardy plant and will live through most anything. The idea is to have optimum conditions for your plants in order to have them produce optimally. I guarantee you that having temps that high will absolutely cause problems, and your yield and quality will most definitely suffer. Sure, they will live and produce, but not like they could have. And it was an article i read which said plants can withstand temps of upto 120 providing the humidity levels dont get high along with them
very very gently remove it if it doesnt fall off in the next day.So ive gone up to see my babys this morning give them a little more water and around 6 of the have broke the surface. Happy days. A couple still have the seed on there heads. Should i remove or leave it
