Hook one of these bad boys up your lighting fixture http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=48436 (they come in 4,6, and 8 inch varieties). That will assist greatly in preventing heat build up in your fixture. I'd hook it up on the side of the fixture away from your inline fan.
You have too many bends in your venting system. That really lowers it's efficiency more that you'd think. You want air to move in a straight line for maximum efficiency.
For my flowering room I plan on having one fan that pulls air through a carbon filter and another in line fan that pulls air through my lighting system. Then additional third fan to pull fresh outdoor air into the room.
My vegging room will only have an intake fan and a inline fan to suck the hot air out of my lights.
