Day 25 of Flowering
This lemon drop has a lot of purple developing, but it doesn't come across great on my camera. Other than that, things seem to be progressing smoothly, so I don't have a lot to say.

Beautiful. Very, very nice. You've inspired me to expand.

Edit: I'm still finding it hard to believe that you're not an experienced grower.
Haha, thanks, but it is my first time. I am being very meticulous with this first grow. I would love to see what someone with your experience could do in a high wattage grow.

Wow man! Looking really really good. Wouldn't be to worried about the leaves...day 21 might be a bit early to start yellowing, but its definitely a natural part of aging as they come along. Your room is what I aspire for lol. Props
That's awesome that you aspire to have a room like mine. It was a huge task to build it the way I wanted. After this harvest I have a million things I would like to change/improve. I'm sure that is something all new growers go through.

Thanks man, I will check out your journal after I post some pics. I was very lucky to be able to afford the room I wanted from the start. I have had a lot of help along the way. I actually didn't know this website existed until a month ago. I wish I found it earlier.

Some More Pictures from 6/12
I took these pictures last night, but I was too exhausted to post. My roommate and I are going through finals week, so the updates will be slow until Thursday. Also, Thursday is the start of week five flowering, so the ladies are being weened off Potash, and receiving their first dose of Swell (P2O5, k2O, MG---Cyco Platinum Series). I am very excited to see the changes throughout the next three weeks of feeding.

No break ins allowed at our house with the newest Airborne Pit Bull Brigade. It's a very specialized unit.
HAHA! This made me laugh, thats some serious security! The plants are looking awesome as well! Are you counting flowering from the 12/12 switch or from the development of pistils? If its from the switch those plants are going CRAZY, I wish mine were filling up that quickly :(

These are the lights we are running http://www.sunleaves.com/detail.asp?sku=PSKS190
Are these the ones you are talking about? After running for twelve hours they are still cool to the touch. Well, maybe not cool, but slightly warm/comfortable. They are great. Also, thanks for the "insert words of encouragement." Haha

Dude, where's the update? I hope you didn't get hit by a bus or something...
Didn't get hit by a bus or anything. It's been a super hectic week with finals, followed by family and friends coming to visit. Plus, we get three weeks off before summer quarter starts, so we've been trying to have a little bit of fun. The good news is that both us earned 3.5+ gpa's this quarter.

Thanks, the Pit Bull really isn't as ferocious of a roof dog as he may appear. The truth is, he may look intimidating, but he is quite a pansy. He is the nicest dog that either of us have ever owned, and he loved kids.

Also, we count flowering from the start of 12/12. It's kind of hard to remember now, but I believe we saw the first pistils just a few days into 12/12. The guy down at the hydroponics store really pushed the Cyco Nutrients, claiming they were the best nutes he had used. Although he has told us a lot of people have major problems with the Cyco line, most likely because they use the manufacturers recommended doses instead of diluting. Either way, they seem to be working for us, but I have no previous grows to compare.

Alright, I still don't have any updated pictures, but hopefully tonight I can take some new ones and get them posted. Thanks everybody for following along.

This horizontal hood shape is a traditional hood style of grow light reflection. This is another basic setup but with more added features on the hood. This includes a high temperature glass cover and ducting holes so you can install fans to suck out the heat and keep the reflector, the bulb, and the grow area nice and cool. We offer this hood style in our 400 watt, 600 watt and 1000 watt HID Grow Light Kits.... the 2 vents are hooked up to other rooms so the only air that is moving is from one room to the next one over like this (room1)===(grow light)===(room3) room 2 is where the plants are kept and where the grow light is ... (obv.) higher C02 in flower means bigger buds (before the dinosaurs C02 was Much higher in our ( atmosphere and the world was ruled by GIANT PLANTS!!! lol) this lets you keep the CO@ in the room and keep the heat out =)
see lol

Day 32 of flowering
hey whats up all u RIUers out there. Ive defidently been slacking with the posts, I was too busy tourchering my brain last week but the girls are happy and healthy! I changed up their nute solution pulling Potash and adding swell 2 days ago and the girls are really starting to stack on girth. Im starting to see alot more color in my canopy now as well and I cant wait to see how the lemon drops finish up, they have beautiful reds and pinks showing pretty uniformly through all 7 now. We had to kill the power in the house the other day to do some work and in only 20 mins my whole house was SKUNKED!!! Things are looking and smelling great right now so I really dont have much else to post but heres some pics to tide u over jin......

Heres a group shot.

Looking down the lemon drops and SD trays

Looking down the AK and cheese trays

AK getting a bit of color and getting chunky

Lemon drops all dressed up and nowhere to go.....yet

The SD's r filling out much differently than the rest, they are so dense they look more like big knots of bud

Heres a cheese from the side

Look at these girls holding hands (SD left, LD right)

Does anyone know if i put my bed in there and i grow a few in? lol

It's really hard to say without actually standing in your grow room... So I'll just say I predict a yield of lots and lots.

You shouldn't need much space to dry it, use something like this . It's a vertical storage rack made of wood and chicken wire, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to put together yourself. If not, you can buy hanging nets for drying. Hope this helps

Just looked back at your pictures and realised how many you have, I don't know if its a blessing or a problem! Never heard of someone growing more than they had space to dry it!
