3 weeks old-stopped growing about a week ago..WHAT'S WRONG???

I usually feed when the cotyledons are yellow and starting to shrivel up. (usually around week two)
It tends to vary by plant strain. I feed lightly at first (around 1/4 strength) and gradually build up over a couple weeks. By week four, I am usually giving full strength.
There are so many variables regarding soil, organic nutes vs salt based...
I use a coco/peat mix and it has little to no nutrients, so my plants need food sooner than many people growing in soil mixes.

I will say however, in the past two years, I have been using tap water and have NEVER had a problem.
The plants outside in my garden have been watered by the garden hose my entire life. (I am in my 50s)
I grow awesome tomatoes and chili peppers.
In my experience, ph and chlorine have little to do with soil based mediums, and you will spend a lot of wasted time chasing your tail.
Meters and testers are for hydro growers. (they love all that techy stuff)

My advice....be patient. I had some slow-growers like yours and they ended up being some of my best plants in the end.

I agree with rockymtnman....In soil PH is rarely the problem, and adjusting PH rarely is a fix. Stop giving nutrients to those little plants....they don't need them.

I suspect it may be the way you're watering them. If you're watering "just a little" from the top, the roots don't develop as well. I personally put my solo-cups (with holes in the bottom) in about 2" of water and let the soil soak up from the bottom. It's my opinion that this promotes the roots to grow down to where the water is.

That's just how I do it....and it's also easier on the plants as you are not knocking it down when watering from the top....and having to prop them up again...until the next watering.

Mold on the soil, its probably down to the humidity in room is too high, no airflow under the canopy and watering too often

Let the soil dry out so the leaves drop a little, chech them twice a day and lift the pot, so you know how light the pot feels before you need to water next

This will probably get rid of the mold, you may also need to remove a couple of leaves at the base of the plant to increase airflow under the canopy

Well from the pics, they look good to be honest. The 6th pic, it looks kinda stretched, imo. Unless its a sativa. What kind of light are you using? Distance? Light schedule?

ok looking at your plant, its looks healthy but very stretched, would say you need to add a fan but this will snap the stem at this stage :(
I would hang the cfl so tops is 1-2 " above the plants, hang them at the side of the plant, just 2" away from the leaves

best picture I can find on Google

side light.jpg

you want to hang all three bulbs like the one at the side of this plant, this will stop the stretch

when the stem gets a little thicker I would drop the plant in larger pot and fill the pot with soil, try and cover most the stem, so the stretch stem will become the roots.

not sure about the mold at this stage but when the plants a little stronger let the soil dry out more before watering and this should get rid of the mold

I use CFL. 3 bulbs of 23W each. power savers . the distance is 2'', cause you told me and i've brought down the lights 2 or 3 days ago, the light schedule is 24/7 and i have almost a monthsince i've planted them...I really wanna smoke....

sorry TurnUp didn't know you had lowered the lights 2 or 3 days ago, would have been helpful if you took a pictures of the plant and the cfl, (same as the picture above)

What he said. You are over watering. The roots can't breath. Don't flush. If you do anything gently remove the mold layer from the top of the soil. Maybe get a baby fan in there. But other than that have patience, water from the bottom (when they dry out) and relax. Good luck.
