I just ordered the mars hydro ts 1000 and I have a philizon 1200 wanted blurple led. The Mars actual wattage is 150 and the philizon is 191 actual wattage. Should I just run the mars for vegging and run both for flowering? My soil is happy frog and roots organic and I’m using fox farm trio nutes. In a 2x2x4 tent.

You could probably roll them both to be honest. But your plan will work fine imho. I had two 300w (maybe 135 actual watt) blurple leds in a 4c4 and couple different strains begged very nice with tight node spacing. Just kept the lights close

The TS 1000 will do that area, - 2ft x 2ft - all on its own for both veg and flowering
It's dimmable too.
150 watts ÷ 4sq ft = 37 watts per sq ft.

The TS1000 will do that area just fine. It's a great light for that size tent. Good luck!

Can I put the ts 1000 in a 4x4x7 if only run 2 plants?

Yes you can.
If possible you could put them in a corner and drop in some reflective walls on the open 2 sides.
Panda plastic or Mylar stuck to cardboard sheet for example or even polystyrene sheeting.
That'll stop lght being wasted out the two open sides, every bit of light helps.
