If theres no pm or bud rot at chop i wouldnt bother, I deal with both every year so i wash an it really helps with out harm. But my depo plants with no pm or rot I wash because of all the pine pollen here we get buried in it early mid summer the bucket will have a heavy layer of yellow pollen floating after washing.
Yeah I’ve been dealing with some bud rot, cut out the affected spots so wasn’t sure if that was good enough. And yeah here too, surrounded by red/white pine..Come June -August there’s thick clouds of yellow-green coming off the mountains..probably dusty too with this drought..hmmm
