Introduction
Hello guys what is up! Finally getting around to making my official thread and journal for my outdoor season. I have been growing for about a year now and have picked up a lot of great advice and learned so much in that year and for that I thank you all. After messing with single plant projects I'm ready to take things to the next level and will start growing quite bit of plants!

Firstly, I'd love to give a shout-out to my dude @getawaymountain this guy has seen some great results outdoors and breeds his own strains and I was lucky enough to get a handful of strains from this gent so kuddos to him and check out his grows. He supplied me with five killer strains suitable for my outdoor conditions. I live in the North-East (Tri-State) for those who didn't know.

The Strains & Seeds
The strains given were as followed; Brain Twister, R-2, Sea Dragon, Swamp Dragon & Red Sea
these strains are expected to finish by September 20th-31st. They are quality genetics crossed with many reputable seed breeders strains. The breeders are as followed; Barneys Farm, Wild Rose Seed Co., Mighty Mite Seed Co. & Reeferman Seeds and of course he included some of his Phenos in the lineages as well. I'm growing guerrilla style and will be starting with 30 seedlings.

While I run the photoperiod beauty's I will also be running some autoflowers to give me a harvest in the early summer. I will be buying Lowryder #2 (by The Joint Doctor) and will be running six (6) of them outdoors after being started indoors for the first 30 days. I hope that this will give me a somewhat hefty harvest and some pre-game smoke before the big bad bitches come down for harvest.

Soil & Fertilizer
After a lot of debating I decided who I wanted to throw my money at. I really like Humboldt County and the research institution for cannabis so I figured the guys doing studies for hydroponics in Humboldt could develop a pretty decent product and I think I'll be happy with what I got. Here is what I got as follows. I also bought a few gizmos to ensure I don't make to many mistakes along the way!

Awesome. It sounds like you have a good year ahead of ya. Humboldt Nutrients is good stuff, a little pricey, but you should get great results.
Good luck and kick some ass.

Thanks! I'm hoping for a promising season. I'm starting to prep awfully early and have more money at my disposable to do things right. I also got around to ordering some gizmos to make work a little easier. Just got a new Digital PPM reader, Digital pH Meter and Digital Infered Thermometer. Really motivated !

hey trippy ,
all them strains will pre-sex after 30-45 days in veggie under 18 hrs light so picking the girls out is easy without flipping lights and stalling them and i adjust my lights to what the daylight will be when they go outside example - i go with 4 am on and off at 8 at night and they wouldn't get freaked out any when they go outside the end of may here after the last full moon

Thank you getaway for the info on the strains. So if I start these indoors in April they should start to preset by may 25th and start flower June 20th or so? I will mimic the outdoor light as best as possible When starting in solo cups.

Thank you I'm getting really excited! can't wait to run the Swamp Dragon and Braintwister.

the r-2 is a big giant skunk that is really sticky and very stinky buds works great here and is very tough strain big producer if given at least a 3.8 ct ft bail of promix to a plant mixed with native soil give them at least 10ft apart at the very least and don't top them and you'll be happy

Yeah I was going to run all of the strains. I'll probably do 5 of each and do 10 seeds for the R-2. That sounds like a hell of a plant.

ya that strain was a gift from some guerilla growers in new brunswick canada right across the border from me and it has been only in a tight circle of growers and they would never let go of the seeds but over the years and haven some of the old timers start to die off they give me a bunch of them to put out there and keep the strain alive don't have a clue of genetics other than verys stable and fully acclimented to the harsh climate we got here so she will shine for you for sure

Haha! Thats awesome, hopefully you'll get it someday. My buddies are gonna go crazy after they try that Skunk i'm very excited. We are currently having a blizzard today so I think it's a good day to walk around looking for a plot. The wind and snow will cover any tracks.
