Introduction
Hello guys what is up! Finally getting around to making my official thread and journal for my outdoor season. I have been growing for about a year now and have picked up a lot of great advice and learned so much in that year and for that I thank you all. After messing with single plant projects I'm ready to take things to the next level and will start growing quite bit of plants!
Firstly, I'd love to give a shout-out to my dude @getawaymountain this guy has seen some great results outdoors and breeds his own strains and I was lucky enough to get a handful of strains from this gent so kuddos to him and check out his grows. He supplied me with five killer strains suitable for my outdoor conditions. I live in the North-East (Tri-State) for those who didn't know.
The Strains & Seeds
The strains given were as followed; Brain Twister, R-2, Sea Dragon, Swamp Dragon & Red Sea
these strains are expected to finish by September 20th-31st. They are quality genetics crossed with many reputable seed breeders strains. The breeders are as followed; Barneys Farm, Wild Rose Seed Co., Mighty Mite Seed Co. & Reeferman Seeds and of course he included some of his Phenos in the lineages as well. I'm growing guerrilla style and will be starting with 30 seedlings.
While I run the photoperiod beauty's I will also be running some autoflowers to give me a harvest in the early summer. I will be buying Lowryder #2 (by The Joint Doctor) and will be running six (6) of them outdoors after being started indoors for the first 30 days. I hope that this will give me a somewhat hefty harvest and some pre-game smoke before the big bad bitches come down for harvest.
Soil & Fertilizer
After a lot of debating I decided who I wanted to throw my money at. I really like Humboldt County and the research institution for cannabis so I figured the guys doing studies for hydroponics in Humboldt could develop a pretty decent product and I think I'll be happy with what I got. Here is what I got as follows. I also bought a few gizmos to ensure I don't make to many mistakes along the way!
will edit more thoroughly thoughts and ideas are appreciated in this time however.
