2 week old seedlings drooping down

My 11 day old plants are drooping and I’ve got no clue on why.
I used 707 soil, (no nuts yet)
I’ve watered them 2 times in the past 11 days because the first time I overwatered.
I have a 600 watt light that I keep on for 20hours and give them a 4 hour dark period. The light is 24 inch away.
Everything was looking good and then all of a sudden they one started to droop and they all did.
I have a plastic bag over them to keep the humidity up.
Does anyone have any clue on what happened. Idk if it’s overwatering (idk how when I only watered them 2 times). Is it underwatering. I honestly have no idea

Use a spray bottle when giving them water keep water away from the leaves. 600 watts way to much for seedlings. Small bulb will do for another week and it wont burn them

600W is way too much for seedlings, even at 24 inches.
Also 20 hours is a long time too.
You can't rush seedlings along with more light and longer hours.
They grow on their own terms.
Tone down the light. It's way too much.

Would u say 3 feet away and 11-12 hours of light?

All good advise above, another thing is add more perlite for seedlings. So easy to over water thick dirt.

Yep I have the spray bottle and I go around the edges because last time I would spray the leaves directly and it just dries them up.

You might need to keep them 40" away, what are your temps like at your seedling's level? Looks like heat/light stress and maybe overwatering going on.

Yes, a lot of people run them 24 hours. All different methods out there.
His plants are stressed.
Best for him to give them a break.
For sure. I totally agree with too much light intensity and overwatering. I just disagree with the light cycle being to blame. I've never been a fan of keeping them in anything that doesn't allow a lot of aeration when they're that little. All of my seedling problems were overwatering.
