2 plants....im poor gonna use clfs wat kinda and how many?

im growing 2 plants how many clfs should i get? im gonna let em veg for about a month too to let em get big =)

get at least two per plant. also get some 2700K spectrum CFLs. this is the red spectrum which will help alot when you get into flowering. get some kind of reflector to make you lights more efficient.
make sure they are 100w equivalent.

here is one i made. it has 3 y's with 2 23w 6500k bulbs each. that worked for 7 plants. now i am using 4 42w 2700k for 2 plants. first time trying cfls. i was just going to veg with them,but i have extra plants and another space.

I use the 100w bulbs that use 23w. I get them at lowes for about $5.00 each. I use 6500k for veg and I would use 2700k for flower. I would use 6 for 2 -4 plants. 2 on top and the rest around the sides. I use 8 for 8 plants myself. Check out the cfl club under indoor growing to get some more ideas. Flat off white paint reflects almost as well as mylar and its cheap. Good luck. Peace Out!

when you are going to CFLs the only anwser for how many is...AS MANY AS YOU CAN AFFORD...the more you buy the better bud you will get.

get some 42 watt cfls at home depo. like 8,9 dollers each. pluss 42 watt= 2600 lumens. all you need is like 6 or 8 or them in sted of 15 23 watters

I would get 5- 6500k for veg and then add another 5- 2700k when you start flowering....Buy as you go...Gotta love CFL's!!!
