2 cabs, which one for veg and which one for flower

so, i have 2 spots where im going to put stealth cabs, and i need help on which one to use for vegging and which one for flowering. I'm pretty sure i got it figured out, but just want check and see.
i will be using cfl's might change later on though.
one box is 29 inches tall, 26 inches long and 21 inches wide.
the other is 34inches tall, 16 inches long and 14 inches wide.

i think i will split the smaller box into 2 halves by putting a shelf in the middle so i can veg 2 plants on each level. then in the larger box have 2-4 plants flowering with a scrog screen setup.
will this work?

the 29" tall box for flowering i'd have thought. make use of all the extra width and depth during flowering.

thats what i thought, just checking im not making a newb error
