yeah its the tough bit now waiting to smoke it while it dries is a killer. the main cola alone looks about an oz. good times!

Its fucking awesome smoking your own buds, dry it slowly though coz thats almost as important as the growing..

haha i can imaginewell tomorrows the start of week 7 so i guess around 3-4weeks mate...A week seems to be taking longer in flower than it did in veg though
Mine go into flowering this weekend.

mate, i noticed that there is very much light leaks from passive air intake /air flaps of homebox to inside of homebox.how did you sort that issue ?

Hi All
sorry i havent been around lately but theres a bit of a standoff between my ISP and myself,i will explain fully once i get my bloody connection back but for now they are robbing bastards and im having to use a friends computer to update my journal.
DAY 50 OF FLOWER
Yep beginning of week 8 and all is well.The cola's look stunning tbh and are really dense and swelling nicely....looks like somebody's thrown a sack of sugar over each plant
,The trich have turned cloudy and the pistils are 50% orange/brown.I've cut my nutes down to half strength and i give it them every 6 days with a feed of 2ltrs of water for each plant inbetween.Mmmmm the smell is outta this world and im soooooo fucking tempted to snap a bit off and quick dry it!!!!!!...BUT I WONT!
I will update with some nice pics at the weekend for the boys
BTW,i just wanted to say thanks to everybody for their comments regarding my plants....Makes it all worthwhile when you all tell me they look great...I'm really proud of them

Hi Dodge...no mate im gunna stop completely and just feed them water in the last week and a half....They are only getting half strenth nutes every 6 days at the moment so there should be no residue left in the buds whatsoever
All the leaves still look really healthy at the so i can ease off the nutes with 3 weeks to go...by my schedule they have 2 more half strength feed of nutes in this last 3 weeeks...the rest of the feeds will be water

id keep pumping the nutes till at least a week before harvest but then i water/feed everyday. flushing doesn't take as long as folks tell you!

I didn't realise you feed them so little, I fed my WW full srength every day and gave 'em plain water once a week I fucked up my jh's doing that but the WW seemed to be able to handle it.
Do you think you'll do Arsenal at the emirates next week?

Hey All
Ok,i got my internet sorted out but ive had a complete fucking disaster with a week and half left of my grow.....2 of my big cola's have gone down to budrot!
I am absolutely gutted...The first cola i noticed 5 days ago that it was starting to turn brown near the bottom,on further inspection i came across the rot and immediatly removed the cola from the plant.I managed to salvage around a 1/4 from it and had to throw a huge amount away.The second cola i noticed today wheni was having a feel of it,its looked fine the last 3 days as i have been checking them but overnight the cola has turned soft.I cut it off and checked it out and its riddled with rot,by the looks of it ive managed to save around 1/2 oz from the second cola and again threw a huge amount away.So at the moment i'm 2 monster colas down for 3/4 of an Oz....Somebody pass me 6ft ofrope
The 2 other plants seem fine,ive checked the small leaves on the colas and none of them have turned yellow,inside the cola's looks healthy and both are still very firm...i will check them again first thing in the morning.
