12x14 room upgrade questions

Hey all couple questions here gonna try to ask them as best I can
1. Lighting - What controller would I need to run 9 1000w dehps? Most of the options I see are 8 lights or 12 lights I have a 100amp subpanel ran to my room and could even run the lights directly to an independent breaker but wouldn't know how to use a timer if I did that option.
2. Climate - Can I use a 5 ton standard hvac cooling system rather than a minisplit? The cost of a air handler and ac condenser would be about half the price of a similar minisplit setup.

My current setup is a 4000w dehps with 12k btu portable ac and a 10 inch carbon filtered exhaust fan with a cold air intake which breaths in air around at most 65 degrees or less depending on outside temps and a vegatative room seperate from this to be able to only flower in this room this works good but time to upgrade and it'll be a costly one

100A isn’t enough. You don’t really want to exceed 80% for continuous usage, or 80A. A 12 light controller needs 80A and a 5 ton AC is around 25A.

An 8 light controller needs 50A which is doable with a 5 ton but still doesn’t leave much room for accessories.

I think you should consider running some 600w LED’s instead of 1000w DE’s to reduce overall power consumption and cooling requirements.
