1200 watt Stealth Closet 2 Build

This will be my journal build of my 2nd closet build I will dove this build Stealth Closet 2 (SC2). With this design I have the system setup as a closed looped system there will be no air entering or exiting the environment. I will cover all the components and systems that went into this build so bear with me as I may not explain everything right away but I promise you that I will cover it all. Coments suggestions are welcome. This will be a design that I know ive never seen in a closet. I have designed this to be as efficient as possible and also STEALTHY utilizing a full control package along with system protection. The design is focused around the water cooling system. both lights utilize a fressol water cooled light fixture. I have used these in the past and absolutely love the results. For all of you who are water cooled light fixture haters plz take it some where else. I am using a mixture of fox farms ocean mix and coco with Botanicare nutrients. And a SCROG setup.

This is where the magic happens, my relay logic ECP (Environment Control Panel). Through this panel it houses all of the major operations for my enviroment, for me most of these components were used components that I have recycled from old building control systems. My relay bank features 6 relays, 3-24v relays and 3-120v relays. They control from left to right, The first activates the dehumidifier using a 24v signal, the second controls AHU1 (Air Handler Unit 1) also a 24v contact, The third relay is the LCP (Light Cooling Pump) that is also a 24v contact and turns the Light fixture circulating pump on, The forth relay is the Day/Night relay that is controlled by the Day/Night timer with a 120v contact this relay turns the day time operations on IE lights, pumps, and AHU1. The fifth and sixth relays are Stage one and Stage 2 cooling which are controlled through a 120v signal sent from two line volt thermostats, Stage one turns on the chilled water pump that pumps water from the chilled water revisor through the cooling coil located in AHU1, Stage two cooling is set a little higher then Stage one this will turn AHU1 from a slower speed to a higher air volume flow to cool the environment. Move to the right of the relay bank the speed control for AHU1 (Air Handler Unit) that circulates, filters and cools the environment.In normal operation AHU1 runs at a low speed as to reduce power consumption and noise. The next device to the right is my recycle timer for my CO2 supplement control only hot during day time hours, controlled through the Day/ Night relay. Moving down the panel you can see the wire track to route the wires below that the two black devices side by side are my current sensors the one on the left is my LCP proof these clip around wires and sense current because I use water cooled light fixtures so water circulation is a necessity. This device is a safety if the LCP is not functioning then it will not allow the lights to turn on, the Current switch on the right is the proof for AHU1. to the left the white timer is the day light control relay with built in battery backup. Moving down to the terminal strips the left side is 120v and directly to the right is the 24v strip. moving to the right we come to the 24v transformer this supplies the 24v control voltage. Directly below that is the first of two contactors the first is the main power shut down that feeds the entire system this is also my emergency shut down that will be wired to a stop switch and through 2 smoke detectors if the circuit is interrupted it shuts thee entire system down. The second controls power to my ballasts. and then we come to the heart of the environment my Digital NEXTGEN 400/600 switchable ballasts. With all of this I control every operation of the system using mechanical devices. More detail to come I will explain the devices more in depth. Still under construction

I purchased mine from a local grow supply store I like it better that way even tho I am a medical grower still like to keep things low key no names and cash lol. But here is the link to the cool tube I purchased

Work is going along as planed testing and building on SC2 is almost complete have to Build AHU1 today will post pics later after I finish. But as always with construction unexpected things happen and looks like my mothers are going crazy gonna have to take my clones soon and that means that I gotta finish this soon so I can begin my next rotation Heres my mothers in SC2 that is still under construction, just a little hint of what is coming. Thanks its taking forever to set everything up and post on here esp since my old lap top is no more and with it allot of pics and technical data about the build were on it so I just got a new lap top today, starting over and will have an update up and on here soon AHU-1 is almost complete 2nd coat of paint is drying and the whole set up should be ready by Monday and up and running by end of next week. I am taking clones today and in a week they will be ready to be transplanted and ready to start my next cycle . Well folks its done and here is AHU-1 (Air Handler Unit- 1) Pictures range from initial start to finished product. Some were lost from the middle of the build as my camera died but here is the finished product and the material list includes the following.

Construction took a few days but now its quiet portable and all of my air is filtered heated and cooled all in one unit that will fit under my environment. I will be getting the cooling reservoir in the next couple of days and then I will be able to start testing my cooling system and see about getting this environment at a constant temp and humidity. I will point out though that a constant 77f is maintained with no cooling as long as the light cooling reservoir is adequately cooled. The new light and ballast should be here this week. I don't understand exactly about water cooled tubes! Do you have some cooling system including radiator and fan like cars have or there is different method to chill the water?

Sry all due to unforeseen circumstances SC2 had to be shut down as there was a large fire in my apt building burning a large percentage and I have been forced to relocate my residence. Although this is a huge set back it comes as a blessing in disguise as my new residence will allow for a full fledged grow room with plenty of space for my ladies to grow . Although SC2 is dead a new project has risen from the ashes, preparations are under way so look for a new thread soon as I will now be building a larger room.
