lol, like your thinking, but I'm semi-retired...:blsmoke:
Finally found your thread. No link in your sig <taps foot>

I agree with Slab. Try one of subcools strains. You and Momma liked the JTR I brought you (best of my 2009 grow) or I would suggest OG Raskels stuff on the Farm. Deadhead OG or OG Raskel Sound really good. THe JTR was resistant to rot and worms. If you want I can give you some of my crosses of Jacks Suprise x Hijack. JS is indy dom female crossed with a stout HJ male. These were the fastest finishers of my 2009 crop (8 Weeks).

Or let me know if you want any cuts of the 2010 crop. Got a lot of variety there. Tell Momma I said hey.

Hiya G.T. I've just got the boxes finished and placed here, now were getting the soil mixture together. Only 12 boxes but went with a 6x6 foot instead of the 4x8 footers. Plans are for 1 plant per box, instead of 2 like in previous grows. The little lady said to tell you hi and we both wish you the best, thanks for the offer but I've got more than enough as it is. I had promised a friend to help him with his starts, weather and bugs are getting their share but like I always say, that's farming..:hump:
Make sure to pack your swim trunks next trip up North, pool is finished... pics soon!

never grown cheese personally but ive seen some locally grown from a couple different sources and imo it has the best bag appeal hands down of anything ive ever seen. I dont grow to sell, its purely for my own personal consumption and that of my disabled mother but who doesnt like a sack you could stare at for hours without even smoking any first. It smelled delicious as well. trying to find some clones of it for this season but no luck so far.

Hey ds,
Never had cheese either but have heard good things, my friend Nuggs just gave me a grape ape and black afghani (males and females) to add to the strains I have available to me. Hopefully some day I'll have some of the cheese to try....

Hey Hodgy

Looks like you have a great lineup already. For your # 10 I would do Super Nova. I really liked that one last year. You are doing Mango and Im doing Papaya. I have to re pop some seeds as a bunch didnt open for me this year. I have 17 so far in the sun and am going to try to do 14 different strains to narrow it down to just a few good ones I will carry each year. We need to get TLD to show us how he is making those plants frost up so well, lol. I will definately bring my trunks next visit.

I didn't get the mango going either, nor the super nova this year. The weather and insects have got me for their fair share that's for sure. Will get the soil into boxes this weekend, planned to have it done by the 24th but I'm glad we waited, had a couple of hail storms move thru today that had the potential to do some real damage to a young seedling. Our cabin was broken into and they stole everything that wasn't bolted down, even took the wood stove and flashing, weighed over 350 pounds. 2010 is starting out to be a strange year...

Yea, or another road trip. We just got back from a week long trip down the coast to Pismo Beach, now I'm suppose to take one of my boys on another fishing trip to a little lake up this way, took two of the other boys already. Their reward for building the boxes and helping me with the other project up North.
Have to put the soil components together this weekend and get some starts into these boxes, will post some progress pics this Sunday.:wall:.

Hey RD, the material ran around a grand but I've 4 more 6'x6'x20" boxes to build. Here's a couple pics from today, some of the soil (son is on way back from Home Depot with another load) have 10 yards of compost coming in tomorrow, then we get to mixen the stuff as we fill each box. The large soil mound in back ground was from the excavation for the new pool, may use some of that for wife's veggie boxes. (coming next) along with leftover compost.
