Update: About Day 36-ish Flower

I apologise in advance about the crappy pics. Struggling to take anything decent.

Hmmm. I've been battling high temps over the last few days again. Tis not good. And the coming weeks are just going to get warmer. I really need to move out of this oven they call a house that Im living in. Tis fucked. I would go and get an air conditioner...but Im not really in a position where I can afford that atm.

The whole 7 different strains thing is proving to be a real pain. I cant be bothered mixing up a separate batch of nutes for each plant...but thats ideally what I should be doing as they each have thire own specific nutrient needs. Ive just been trying to find the best middle ground. Its working okay...not amazing, but just ok. Ive got some yellowing going on on some plants, a lil burn on others. Its all over the place.

BubbleGummer and Bubblelicious are still steaming ahead. Gonna really start to plump up a bit soon. Both very frosty. Both smell pretty stong and similar (not surprisingly)...some days I can smell bubblegum, some days I cant.

Blue Cheese is smelling so freakin strong and nice. Im loving the Cheesiness. Spewing that its such a small deformed plant. Oh well... I think Im gonna have to grow out a straight cheese in the future after this.

Haze Special is looking ok. Very sativa. Smells very much like fresh pine. I find it quite appealing. Looks like it will yield pretty good too. Not very frosty though. Least frosty of the lot and not much at all on the sugar leaves.

Kushberry is soooo slow. lol. But its looking good otherwise. Sooo sticky and very berry smell. Loving it....its just moving along at its own pace. Tis looking like it'll be the last to finish at this point.

Tutankhamon is a bit meh. Neither her nor there. Somewhat frosty but looks a lil leafy at this stage. Smell again, is okay, but meh... Overall tis not looking bad but theres not a lot about it thats making me excited at this point.

Spicy White Devil: Didnt manage to get a pic before I was out of battery. But its looking great. Gonna be a yielder i reckon. And Im thinking Ill have to stake her up as shes bends a bit when I take her out of the tent. In there shes fine as its pretty packed and shes supported by the other plants.

I think you'll like smoking that tut.

I can't help but chuckle about the kushberry lol. When I got it from the club they had it marked as a 8 weeker lol. One day she just suddenly got fat, but it took so much patience. There was at least a dozen times I was like fucking a Its getting chopped, but so glad I let it go till it was finished.

They are looking very good! I to don't mix up separate batches of nutes, but I do give the plants looking hungry a bigger dose. I haven't seen any burning yet, but I am using organic stuff that's pretty hard to burn with, unless you drip in onto leaves. I like the formation of the haze as well. Looks like your on track for a nice harvest!

Yea probably. I mean, I enjoy smoking alll of the weed I grow...just some more than others. Time will tell where in the spectrum it sits...

8 weeker? haha oh mercy. But yea, I'll be happy to wait this time round...just dont know if I'd consider growing it again with a potential 11+ flower, regardless of the quality. But we'll see...

Yea on track. No major hurdles, but coukd be a little smoother around the edges, so to speak. Anhywho, 3 - 4 more weeks on the Bubblegums...cant wait to start harvesting.

Just a quick update:

Approx Day 43 Flower

Overall, Im happy with how some are progressing, but others leave a little to be desired.

Yesterday I accidentally whacked into one of the Tutankhamon colas, and noticed how hard it was. So I gave it a cheeky squeeze, and it is very dense. Not huge buds, but they're tight. So that's good.
This prompted me to check out a couple of the others too...so also had a cheeky check of the Bubblegums. Gotta say, not too impressed with the Bubblelicious or Bubblegummer. Both we fluffy/airy as anything. They've still got at least 2 weeks left, but still...compared to the Tut they're not impressive. Don't get me wrong, they're both absolutely covered it trichs, and both smell amazing (Bubblelicious is more "bubblegummy" than the Bubblegummer), but just very light atm.

So probably going to pull one of the Bubblegums in 2 weeks (probably smack on 56 days) regardless of whether it needs a little more time. At 8 weeks it should be more than adequate, and I've run out of bud so I want some asap. I'll have a look at them tonight and decide which one will get the early chop, and which one will run it's course. Once it's chosen it will get it's last feeding tonight, then it will be nothing but water for that gal for her final 14 days.

Tis looking like some of the biggest, if not the biggest buds are going to come from the Haze Special. It's going to be one of, if not my best yielder...but the Spicy White Devil is also looking like it'll yield.
The Blue Cheese is sooo cheesy (surprise surprise)...Im loving it. Very pungent aroma indeed. Otherwise, unimpressive plant. Twill not yield much at all. Pretty small flower clusters, but lots of trichs.
Kushberry hasn't done a lot. It's just slowing moving along, getting slightly bigger each day. Lots of trichs and it's the stickiest of the bunch.

Yea I hate when I run out of bud before harvest time, makes the time go by aganizingly slow and have to battle internally not to rush the chop. Glad things are progressing for you bro!

Yea it sucks. Bought some shitty commercial weed and it just doesnt cut the mustard.

And yea, although not ideal, by the looks of it the Bubblegums will be adequate at 8 weeks, so twont be too early. Gonna go with the Bubblegummer, and let the Bubblelicious finish full me thinks...

Spicy White Devil

Had a look at the BubbleGummer last night under the loupe for the first time... its a fair way along. Almost at about 10% amber trichs. She's yellowing a bit due to the lack of nutes. Probably give her 5 more days or so.

Tent is smelling like crazy now. My carbon filter is JUST taking care of it...just. There is the slightest of slight tinges in the air if I just walk into my room. After this grow Im going to need a new filter me thinks as this ones a few grows old now.

Bought myself a new pair of trimming scissors. Check out the pic. I compromised...the ones I wanted were twice the price, and I just couldn't justify spending the extra dollars. But the handles were a lil bigger and it felt a lil more comfortable. I might regret it once Im 16 hours into trimming...lol, but we shall see.

Not really happy with the potential yield from the Bubblegums...tisnt going to be huge, or even that respectable I reckon. Im hoping to get just over 2oz from each of those. Hopefully I'll get 5-6oz from the Haze Special and the Spicy White Devil.

Thanks mate...Im fairly happy. With a better strain selection I could have done better though I think. But yea the 7 strains thing. Twasnt as hard as I thought it would be, but still not easy and I just can't be bothered giving each one the separate attention they need sometimes...hence a burn here or there. Tis gonna take me a couple more runs maybe to find another plant I'll be happy to mono crop with, maybe go two strains. Spicy White Devil is the only contender this round...tis gonna yield, is very resinous,.so just comes down to how it smokes...the oother plants are just not going to be big enough yielders, or as in the case of the Haze Special, I neglected to take a cut. But looking forward to when I can dial a strain or two in...I reckon I could push for some fairly impressive numbers (for soil anyway). We shall see...
