I boil a certain amount of water when watering. i'm going to add fertilizer to the water, I'm adding it to the water, I'm setting the temperature of the water like this, then I'm adding fertilizer. is it a problem because I boil the water

I bring my water temperature up by adding warm water to around 20°C - 68°F. Then mix in nutes if I need to or else just water the plants with the 20°C water if that's what you're on about.
Not really an exact science, I just stick my fingers into watering can and guestamate temp sometimes lol
My tap water is cold to start with so I like to take the chill off it.

I do this too.

i have a 25L can I use for refills of my tote.

I take it to the bathroom and use hot water first for about a 3rd of the can and then run the cold to fill the rest.

If I'm hand feeding I sit a jug of boiling water in the nutrient to warm it up then take it out.
For flowering I've 'got my feed tank inside the tent and hooked up to the reservoir with a stop cock so it's pre heated.

ec is not affected much. because the majority happens to be unheated water. even if the ec rises, it falls to medium levels when I mix it with cold water

If your water heater is old your ec can come out higher from the water heater. I only use cold water then heat it in a res with a aquarium heater to 65-67
I do much the same in a 5gal water jug in my grow room. I keep that filled up with RO water and have a 50W aquarium heater along with a 6" airstone driven by a pretty good air pump. I'll plug both in a good hour or more before I want to water my plants so it's at 80F and fully charged with oxygen which the roots need. I got one of those stick-on temperature strips wine makers use on the jug. 80F water is great for the microherd in the pots and they are more active if warmer which supplies more nutes to the plants in organic style growing.

Boiled water contains almost no oxygen but adding 10% to the rest isn't going to make much difference.

Lol. I wish it was old. Had to spend £2185 on a new boiler right before Xmas.

I make my water like four days in advance like if I water I start making my new water the same day I fill a 20 gallon tote with r/o water add in most my nutes and let it circulate it’s room temp by time I use it also the room is a basement so it’s like warm rain water at the warmest never had any issues though but have never heated so maybe I’m living in a issue.

62-70 is fine. More than 70 and availability of oxygen decreases significantly.

If I need it in a pinch I'll fill a tote with hot water then fill my ro in a bucket inside the tote. By the time it's filled the water is warmed up. Btw why are we replying to this old thread lol
