I miss watching F1...such good racing
ESPN bought the US rights, but they are just showing the sky sport feed. I set my DVR a couple years ago, so I don't have to worry about when it comes on.

What, one or two lead changes? I'd rather watch sports cars dicing it out on a shortish couse
They changed back to ground effect downforce this season. As a result there has been more side by side racing. The British GP a couple three weekends ago especially. And starting in 23 or 24 they are getting rid of tire warmers. That will make for some to and froing for sure.

And? Freaking awesome in a home theater with surround sound...
The sound is a little different than it was a few years back. I always save at least one practice session to nap by. For some reason I sleep really good to it.

I really hope that the last hearing is just a 2 hour video presentation that lays every step of it out (like they do in the NY Times insurrection videos) that show the tweets/public statements/illegal phone calls/testimonial background in a real time presentation (with a date/clock so people know the exact time of whats being shown on that date) of everything that occurred.

Looks like someone has figured out how to get these videos censored on other sites by complaining that they are violent.

They've been doing this to many vids for awhile..I'm guessing that watching on their platform gives them and their advertisers credit.

RE: Youtube putting the vids in restricted mode. There are a LOT of young kids that are constantly on Youtube. Particularly in the summer months and with the Covid stuff happening over the last couple of years. Have toi give them the benefit of the doubt IMO.

My last night of work was monday. When I went in to turn in my keys a couple of days ago, the new guy was there. He's 70 year old and was saying that slavery wasn't really that bad. His reasoning was that since slaves cost so much, no one would harm them. I conceded that he did have a point. It was very rare for folks to beat them to death. They beat them just enough to make them work.

I tried to tell him about the convict leasing schemes in southern states after the Union army was withdrawn, but he wouldn't listen. He had trouble believing that black folks could get ten years hard labor for sitting 15 minutes in the same spot.
