Not to mention that yes, it is probably a lack of nitrogen nutes because of the previous stem problems, and now light green coloration... You will need some fert with a decent amount of nitrogen to help the plant.

First off, why are you growing aeroponically your first grow? I would stick to soil man... Trust me, I tried what you're doing, and encountered problems... but then i switched the plants to soil and had much better results. It's easier to manage for a first timer. Here's a pic of the burn...
