Some sort of nute deficiency...?

HEy, plants just started to show a little bit of issues... The smaller one (3 weeks) has slight leaf curling, and the tissue near the edges of the leaves and between the veins a little are getting light.

Same on the bigger one (4 weeks), but no leaf curling- just slight color lightening and drooping of lower plant tips.

Take a look, and let me know what deficiency it might be... thought it was either zinc or nitrogen.

P.S. Have been watering daily all of plants life, and have not switched to nutes yet... hoping these are signs that i need to switch.

Plants are on 22/2 under 160W of flourescent 1-2 inches from the plants, and the soil is very generic soil with low nutes and no time-release that I am aware of.

Pics are in order: plant A(small), leaf of A, leaf of A, plant B(larger), leaf of B, leaf of B
