Very light green leaves, and leaves curling up

Hello everyone,

I was experiencing a stem problem that seemed to clear itself up, but I have now encountered a new problem I hope someone can help me diagnose. This is my first grow, and I greatly appreciate any help those of you with more experience can offer.

My plants are 19 days old. The lower fans have started to curl up and inwards, and newer growth towards the top is VERY VERY light green in color.

I am growing in an aero setup, with a 400 Watt HPS.

Thanks for your input!

First off, why are you growing aeroponically your first grow? I would stick to soil man...

Trust me, I tried what you're doing, and encountered problems... but then i switched the plants to soil and had much better results.

It's easier to manage for a first timer.

Here's a pic of the burn I had on the plant, and then a picture of the same plant 2 weeks later after translplant.

Not to mention that yes, it is probably a lack of nitrogen nutes because of the previous stem problems, and now light green coloration... You will need some fert with a decent amount of nitrogen to help the plant.
