That's what they include in my MediCab. 2 23W 6500k CFL's. Pics taken a few days after last posted pics. Getting full and fitting into the Net Trellis nicely.

Sunny747, depending on the light spectrum of that UFO LED you might consider adding some CFL in the beginning. I know the cool spectrum helps with the veg process and I think the plants still like it during flowering. Mine has continued to look good. The company I got it from has good...

Sunny, The LED in there is a Tri-Spectrum 110 Diode 45w LED unit and it is only drawing 25 watts. I believe they add the CFL lighting for the Vegetative stage and supplemental light for the flowering stage. The girls look great although I overfed them Friday night and they are mad at me. lol

Micro Grow, first grow in a long time

SweetestCheeba, The girls are getting big and I tried to use the Net Trellis to control the height and made them grow outwards. week 2 in flower and so far so good, they are doing awesome and took some clones in week one to see how they would do. I put them next to some peppers I am growing...

Micro Grow, first grow in a long time

"SweetestCheeba" Well I already topped the plants so I am hoping if I SCROG them correctly in the Net Trellis I can manipulate the branches into their own area and light channel. Little Bonsai action!

Wow those strip lights are pretty awesome. I believe the company I got the box from has supplemental LED lighting for their bigger cabinets but I don't want to raise my temps too much. My girls seem to be doing great right now. "TallPaulMV" I am running 2 girls in there. Unless that was directed...

Sunny747, There is a custom Carbon Filter attached to the top left of the cabinet to an axial fan that exhausts out. The company designed this filter themselves I believe. The lighting inside is 2 23 watt CFL's and a 45 watt blue/red LED lighting panel. It's pretty awesome.

Micro Grow, first grow in a long time

2.5 weeks in Veg and I decided to switch on the 45 Watt LED light and go into 12/12 flowering modebecause the plants were getting a little too tall. I topped, trimmed and halved some of the leafs to help provide energy elsewhere. I put up the Net Trellis that was provided and I am going to make...

Micro Grow, first grow in a long time

Week 2 in Veg and they are already getting kind of bushy. I topped my plants and gave them a little haircut. So far they have been responding well in my little cabinet and I love it.. Temperatures have been between 70-78 and humidity between 40-50%

Micro Grow, first grow in a long time

Thanks for the Tip man, I actually got those bad boys about a month ago and just now had some time to post my blog about them. I accidentally Veggied them for too long, topped them and now they are looking pretty good. I am using the net trellis in there to help with height and there is an LED...

Micro Grow, first grow in a long time

I just recently bought a MediCab Micro grow box from a company called Cabinet Grow and I am really excited to grow again. I grew back in 2008 in my garage with a 3 stage setup and was considering that but I don't have time so I wanted to try a micro grow and ended up buying this micro box. It...
