check my setup dude.. I use a dimmable ballast to start from seed with rockwool... first 5 days i put 150w. after day 5 I go with 250w for a couple of weeks and than i go to macimum 400w.

t5 is good to start. If you are not able to get an HPS (at least 250w) I would go with Cfl's ... the thumb rule is minimum 100w per plant

95f will stress your plant. If you have heat problems I recommend you to use silica, Dyna-protekt is my choice. I dont put my ladies that close of the lights.. 6" - 10" you will be fine..
