right now i've only got warm lights... so it'd be a shitty veg anyways. no?

If I planned on growing 12/12 from seed, would I need to get cool lights? Or could I use the warm ones I have? As it stands right now, I've got 2x 42w, and 3x 26w warm cfls...

actually, you're allowed a combination of up to 12 lights/receptacles per circuit... give or take obviously, but that depends on the load. 50 lights, 1 circuit, is probably not the brightest idea...

Seeing as I am Canadian, I may have to swing by walmart then and grab a light or two. News: I am now left with one female (or so it looks), and the male has been cut out of the equation... New pics next week...

alright, thanks for the speedy reply. so i'll use the dresser to flower with the blanket, and set up the cabinet for veg when I get some extra money.

Quick question... I've got emergency blankets, that I can line the dresser with... or I've got a white cabinet that I can setup. eventually ill have one veg and one flower, but which is better reflectivity for right now?

4 drawers... not idea what the actual size is. im about 1/2 way though, so im good for room. strapped for cash though so thats why i havent got anymore lights yet

they're closer now... I cut a white bucket (wine bucket?) in half and made a reflector out of it too... I veg'd under like 40w of light (2x 2ft 6500k tubes) so thats why they're stretched. other than that, they look alright though? i'll have some new pics up sometime this week

2 x 42w CFL's right now... I took out the LED's a few days ago, they WERE for supplemental lighting, but... I gave the two smaller plants away aswell, so I can flower, and hopefully end up with a female out of the two

im no pro, but it looks good. i'd use the LED's as a supplemental lighting though, and add a few CFLs in there...

Just started to flower in my "dresser". The room has changed a bit, added another 42w cfl, and made a fixture/reflector out of cardboard and mylar. Really just looking for opinions I guess, will add all the veg pics soon.

do i position my CFL's normally ( | ) or sideways ( -- ) for best results? And, 12/12 from seed... Do I just use warm, or do I need to use cool until a certain time?

i'd put them close now, and get a small fan on them asap

Took it out of the box, and THIS WAS INSIDE!! I'm a couple days in... Light is either a 23 or a 32w cool white cfl. I have a 42w warm white, maybe even 2 of them, and a couple of smaller warm whites but I left the warm out, and plan on getting another 42 cool at walmart in the next few days to...

i do the same thing... drop em into a glass of water, and wait until they either sink on their own, or sink when you poke them... then do the paper towel method, wait for about 3/4 inch of root and its party time. :bigjoint:

more dark = more stretch... i'd knock it down from either 24 or 18 to 12 the day you want to flower
