actually we have 10 planted, trying for 5 or 6 females. im in the process of germinating more. also, ive had the room going for over 2 hours, and the tempurature is about 77F and humidity is around 68 *edit* temps are at 80F and about 64 humidity now.

update* finally have the room together. have 7 sprouted seedlings under light. now my question is, right now on my dimmable ballast im at 50% power. should i do that for a few days then raise to 75%? then go up to 100% after a bit? or just go ahead and do full 100%? im using 600 watt MH *edit*...

well, sorry for the late reply, been finishing the room and getting the rest of the supplies for the grow. ive read around and i know you can have some crazy soil setups with all kinds of things you can add. im not trying to get that crazy with it. i was reading on several places about a peat...

damnit, go figure. lol. i guess im going to go get a bag of that perlite and mix it in and try again. out of frustration i threw out the cubes and soil...and seeds =/. but they were only bag seeds, ill get some more in the next few hours and start germinating again. its only a couple day setback.

so i could go buy a bag of that, mix it in with the miracle grow and it should be fine?

well....this was like a 3 dollar bag of miracle grow that was on clearance because summer is almost over. but i mean....its miracle grow, isnt that like a big name in soils and what not? why would it be crap? lol

okay, i spent the past hour trying to water them, and the only part of the soil that is getting wet is about an 1/8th of an inch on the top. rest is bone dry man. the cardboard-ish little grow cubes for the grow dome were soaked, but the soil wasnt.
