I've been a big fan of re-vegging for a long time. Harvest as usual and cut the main stem down to about 50% of its harvest size. Reset timer to 24/0. You will find that the veg time on a re-veg will be a week or so faster than the original veg. Same thing with the flower schedule, it will be...
I'm going by experience. The pistils are crispy with lots of tris. Sounds ready to me.
Good luck, BigSteve.
Toking since 1964 with a perpetual grow since 2009.
Forget an ac unit and get a small circular fan. If you are trying to keep the heat down place the fan near the top to blow out the hot air. Or put fan on the floor to suck in cooler air. I prefer the second method as it is usually an easier set-up.
Good luck, BigSteve.
Tops are best for clones as they usually have the thickest main stems.
I would make a diagonal cut just above the fifth node. You want a length of main stem buried in cloning cup so they will root quicker.
Good luck, BigSteve.
She is close to ready now. Gently squeeze a bud and feel if it is sticky. Should be.
Your plant is close to 100% sativa and they take longer to mature, eh?
Good luck, BigSteve.
To tell if the plant is too close to the bulb do the "hand test". Plants are about as sensitive to heat as human hands. So place your hand, palm down, over the top closest to the bulb. If you can feel the heat you are too close. With a 1000W bulb in my flower room I can let plants get within...
Some bulbs take a while to light up after the timer turns on. The quickest way to burn out a bulb is clicking the timer on and off to adjust the timer. So avoid that.
Good luck, BigSteve.
I noticed you don't have drain holes in your starter cups. They will help you avoid root rot via over-watering.
Because you went straight from a starter cup to a big pot you will waste weeks waiting for substantial growth. The greenery will not grow much until the roots hit the bottom or side...
Hard to tell much from your pic...
General rule for cloning in a solo cup-
*there should be at least 2 nodes showing
*transplant when you can see roots.
Good luck, BigSteve.
I've used Attitude Seedbank in the UK for 15 years. Use 420 as the promo code for 10% off the top. Plus, I suggest investing the few bucks for stealth shipping. If your order is ever caught they will resend with no charge.
Good luck, BigSteve.
There is a better solution than digging up and replanting a seedling. I use skinny bamboo skewers and pipecleaners. Make a 6-8 inch "stake" with 4 inches or so of pc twisted around the top. Put the stake near the stem, straighten the seedling and wrap the pc around the top of the seedling...
1. Be sure you individually mark each pot.
2. Write date on beginning of the notebook line.
3. I like to measure plants until they have been flowering for 2-3 weeks. Note height every few days for each plant.
4. Write down everything you do to a plant daily. Ex.- +12 oz. H2O w/ MG (miraclegro...
Do the hand test. Rest the palm of your hand over that part of the plant closest to the light. If your hand feels uncomfortably warm you are too close. I use a 1000W MH bulb for my flowering room (MH cuts down on the heat) and my tops can get to 6 inches from the bulb before they start to burn...
Looks like a heavy duty light. Is there a wattage written on any of the bulbs? I would pick up an adapter so you could plug into a wall socket.
Good luck, BigSteve.
