Dude,,, Quit listening to these mutant conspirers'. ROCKWOOL IS YOUR PROBLEM. Your application is all wrong. Rockwool is NOT designed to stay saturated. Pull all the hydroton away from the rockwool and don't water again until that rockwool looks to be completely dry.
