thanks for the reply, yes i live in country area and our tap comes from deep well that taps into a under ground spring and yes Ive tested for ppm and they do fluctuate between 175 to 300 ppm I will try filtering and store over night and test my ppm and hopfully I can come closer to solving this...

so should I filter the water and store over night to regulate water temp or should I just buy bottled spring water just to double check what is proper water temp for dwc? and as for the nitrogen theory?
