I think I will be going with the 600 watt. I have a pretty open area in my basement and have seem to have good air circulation with just oscillating fans in the grow area. What kind of a difference will the type of hood make? Do I have to have an inline fan for the light? Everyone's input's...

Seems like you would have adequate air flow to keep it cool, I say go for it if you can keep the temp regulated.

Thanks, I opened them at least twice a day took them out of the jars, and put them back in. Maybe I put them in jars a little too early. I have them all sitting with the jars open now and the smell is still there but it is definitely not as strong. Hopefully this will help if I let them air...
