the teripins wont start to develope until the bud is completely dried out... they dont activate until they are dried.. so once the buds are actually dried and storeable it will take a week or two for them to really develope... you'll notice more and more everyday...

they look good.. feeding is a balancing act... sometimes you will need to feed more.. sometimes less.. checking the run off when you feed will help you better know what to do the next feeding... id cut back the nutes a little.. just sorta a 2/3 strength thing...

try feeding 4 times a day for about 15 minutes a time to start... cut back as needed... in flowering feed 4 or 5 times with lights on and 1 time with lights off..

h202 does a couple things... first it adds extra dissolved oxygen to the water.. which is good... but it also kills everything.. that includes beneficial microbes that live at the roots.. these microcrobes are essential to have a healthy root system and plant... unless you have some sort of root...
the idea is to bend them and let them straighten back up.. and then once they have uprighted themselves you can do it again... the more you do it the more the results... so you dont want to keep them bent.. unless you are wanting to LST.. but you shouldnt really try to LST the tops you have...
