    Seed soak solution?

It’s all love - I really do want opposing perspectives when I post here, this is the ‘power’ of an open forum like this. We can ABSOLUTELY agree to disagree. Frequently. We should. It’s what helps everyone learn no matter how or where they grow.

Welp I ended up going with a couple drops of h202, and a super small amount of an FPE I made - overnight soak and they all cracked. This would have surely happened with just pure water lol I appreciate everyone’s input here - at the end of the day I love the perspectives I get from y’all...

    Seed soak solution?

I agree with ya there. That’s why I want to do a seed soak (in a perfect world; I’d have some OHN but no dice atm) then straight into the soil to pop. I think you might as well take advantage of that initial seed vigor by having it happen in the soil where the seed can orient, etc.

    Seed soak solution?

I hear that. It’s exactly what I did in my last run - dry seed straight into my 15 gals - the trouble was that with living soil you can lose track of those seeds pretty quick, even with markers. Or I’m a dumbass. Either or both is true.

    Seed soak solution?

Thank ya / yea not in love with the paper towel method either an wanna ditch it. I’ve hear adding a drop or two of peroxide can benefit by reducing chances of microbe-related germination issues ( I love microbes tho, do t get me wrong!!) I am tempted… I might give that a shot

    Citric Acid

My understanding here in a simple way is that Ca++ enters the cellular membrane through protein assemblies called ion channels, the available Ca++ enters via the ionic gradient and is directly related to the plants transpiration rate. Basically it just needs to be there, in its available form...

    Citric Acid

I’m definitely listening here - I’m familiar with reading the testing reports, have been spending some time digging a little deeper lately, but still learning. I’m assuming the base saturation reading for Ca takes into account all Ca whether ‘available’ or not… I just figure that if I’m...
