600w for veg on 4 plants is plenty, you could go down too a 400w comfortably. If energy costs are a factor!! Flowering is another story.

No worries. I had a similiar issue, and the plants loved the peroxide!!

Try and remove the string if you can, make it support itself. So the plant strengthens up without support!!Defintley get a desk fan $10 max..

What are you using for ventilation? Check ebay also, some cheap but good options on there. However if I was you i'd be getting some sort of ventilation in there quick smart! -happy growing :bigjoint:
