the only thing i can say is that they didnt auto like they should have...are the hairs just preflowers? And i think the 250 would have a better spectrum...correct me someone if im wrong.

you could do that but since there autos you shouldnt have too. It will prolly decrease your yield some. Some pics would really help like assault591 said above. it would help us better see what the problem is.

About molasses...I would def get some...it is inexpensive and can add up to 25% to your yield

Leave it in the veg room...the more light the better. Autos got there name because you dont have to switch the light cycle. You can put them in the flower room but you will have a decrease in yield so leave it in veg IMO
