This is not for a standard ebb and flow table, this is a control bucket for an iws system like this http://www.iwssystems.co.uk/ If the pump stayed on for 15 mins there would be an empty res and a lot of nutrients on the floor :)

Yeah I just followed your diagram but in uk we don't have a dual outlet that has separate feeds into them so I have to use separate outlets. I didn't add the leds either but I guess that's up to who build it if they want them or not. Cheers RD

Well it seems good info although if they are flipping a relay it could have been either :) What about the bottom when they drop (make or break) ?

That's great ... thanks :) 1 last question, top switches - when they lift do they 'make' or 'break' the connection and the same for the bottom when they drop (make or break) ? You can probably tell i'm no electrician :lol:

Thanks for the quick reply, could you make a diagram to show the positions of the float switches on the controller bucket please. I assume one is above the other on the bottom but not sure about the 3 at the top. I'm going to have a go at making one of these :)

Thanks for the diagram but can you clarify the float switches for me, how many are there & what are 1,2,3,4&5 also what is the black object joining 1 & 2 together?
